 A real butchery I took a smoked bacon and after about 2 months I'm still enjoying it on my plates, indescribable flavors! Congratulations indeed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo una giornata a Marino ed una sosta a pranzo alla vicinissima Osteria Er Patata, una visita a questa norcineria: porchetta super, così come tutti gli altri prodotti in generale. Buonissimo il salame di cervo e sfiziose le coppiette. Forse i prezzi un po' alti ma, tenuto conto della qualità, va bene così! Gentilezza da parte dei due signori addetti al banco.
After a day in Marino and a lunch stop at the nearby Osteria Er Patata, a visit to this pork butchery: super porchetta, as well as all the other products in general. The venison salami is delicious and the coppiette are delicious. Maybe the prices are a bit high but, considering the quality, that's okay! Kindness from the two gentlemen assigned to the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the best porchetta I have tried and I have tried a lot. If you are in rome you must take a trip here is completely worth it. It's a small shop family owned and they treat us like family, share their story and gave one of the best meals of my trip. 10/10 would recommend
