★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima trattoria dove gustare un'ottima cucina romana fatta con cura e mestiere. Assolutamente da provare l'ottima amatriciana con gli Strangozzi rigorosamente fatti a mano. Ampia scelta di carni alla griglia. Ottima anche la pizza cotta nel forno a legna e per concludere il pranzo o la cena squisiti dessert fatti a mano. Servizio accogliente e corsi al che ti fa sentire quasi come a casa.
Excellent restaurant where you can enjoy excellent Roman cuisine made with care and craft. Absolutely to try the excellent Amatriciana with Strangozzi strictly handmade. Large selection of grilled meats. The pizza cooked in a wood oven is also excellent and, to conclude lunch or dinner, exquisite handmade desserts. Welcoming service and courses which makes you feel almost at home.

Homely and welcoming atmosphere. I used to come there as a child and as always, even after 40 years there is an air of good food. The pizza is really good. I highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasta fatta a mano spettacolare. Ottimi gli strangozzi all'amatriciana o i maltagliati broccoli e salsiccia. Buono il crudo tagliato a mano e accompagnato dalla focaccina bianca. Spettacolare la porchetta e la ricotta al forno. Locale intimo e informale, carina la terrazza in estate per respirare il fresco dei Castelli. Prezzi onesti.
Spectacular handmade pasta. The strangozzi all'amatriciana or the maltagliati broccoli and sausage are excellent. The raw cut by hand and accompanied by the white muffin is good. Spectacular roast pork and ricotta. Intimate and informal, the terrace is nice in summer to breathe the coolness of the Castles. Fair prices.
