Dagli antipasti alla carne cotta alla piastra non ha rivali, da provare assolutamente il tris di crudi, le salsicce e poi fatevi consigliare da Valerio il taglio che fa per voi. I believe that there is no better meat in Rome! s	stefano martano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seconda volta che vado, mi sento di dire che è fin troppo sopravvalutato, la qualità della carne è discreta, la cottura purtroppo non soddisfacente, se la chiedi blu la portano leggermente al sangue, aggiungono sopra olio senza chiedere (purtroppo olio non di qualità). Se la carne è grassa poi con l'olio disgusta. Il servizio è mediocre, ti stappano vini da 40 euro e te li piazzano sul tavolo senza neanche versarli nei calici per l'assaggio.. il personale è comunque educato e disponibile. Nota molto dolente è il costo della carne, rapporto qualità/prezzo con il peso a fiducia. La prima volta in due abbiamo speso 125 €, la seconda in quattro 280€. Non ci è mai stato offerto neanche un amaro, non credo che ci tornerò, a quella cifra c'è molto meglio, oppure va fatto un salto di qualità sul servizio. The service is mediocre, they uncork 40 euro wines and place them on the table without even pouring them into the glasses for tasting .. the staff is however polite and helpful. Very sore point is the cost of the meat, value for money with the weight to be trusted. The first time in two we spent 125 €, the second in four 280 €. We have never been offered even an amaro, I do not think I will go back, at that figure there is much better, or we must make a qualitative leap in the service.

Ci torno regolarmente e sempre volentierissimo per la selezione di carni da paura, per non parlare dei crudi e delle patate fritte a regola d’arte. Molto meglio di certi ristoranti con la puzza sotto al naso e che ti fanno pagare un taglio (nettamente peggiore) anche il triplo. Ambiente familiare e alla mano nel quale ci si sente a casa, consiglio vivamente a tutti di provarlo! My favorite meat restaurant! ? I go back regularly and always with great pleasure for the selection of terrifying meats, not to mention the raw and state-of-the-art fried potatoes. Much better than some restaurants with the stench under the nose and that make you pay a cut (much worse) even three times. Familiar and easy-going environment in which you feel at home, I highly recommend everyone to try it!
