★ ★ ★ ★ ★ decided to come here with my friends because of the spectacular replies to the reviews by the owner. burgers were good, the chicken nuggets were SPECTACULAR, tender, juicy, and crunchy. (honestly can’t find any nuggets like this in the US. surprised!) our server was also wonderful, didn’t speak much english but that isn’t and shouldn’t be a problem when you’re in Rome! will come again. thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Burger Facotry of Rome was a nice experience. my friend and I ordered Mr.Hyde which has a unique Italian touch by adding eggplant and tomato sauce.
The staff was really nice and the place strictly follow covid’s precautionary procedures, which is professional from them. For example, they would ask you to leave your mask on your pocket when you eat, not on your hand or the table. However, as menus are not available now, we were asked to check their instagram or Facebook for menu, which in my opinion isn’t the most practical option.
My friend, who is used to classic burger, liked his order, but he wished it has tomato and lettuce in it.
In the end we got offered complimentary dessert, meringue cookies, which was a nice touch.
All in all, very good experience, nice atmosphere, and good prices. I would definitely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally I don't recommend people to go hamburger places in Italy for two reasons 1) you are in Italy and you should eat local food 2) Italians don't know how to make burgers. But we were proven wrong and this place showed that it's possible to have a good burger also in Rome. The staff was very friendly and polite, the place looked nice. I can recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent ! The burgers are made of tasty ingredients, the meat is perfect and of good quality as well. There is draught beer and French fries , all fresh, very good ! You can even find a parking outside in this part of town.
