Il Thalya Luxury room dispone di camere arredate con uno stile molto particolare e moderno,le stanze molto spaziose...e bagno con doccia davvero particolare,inoltre si ha a disposizione una terrazza dove vi è possibile rilassarsi in uno dei tavolini/divanetti... Cordialità e gentilezza di tutto il personale...partendo dal sig.Giuseppe alle ragazze... Colazioni con prodotti freschi e davvero assortiti. WI-FI GRATUITO. Posizione strategica a 10 min. A piedi dall’isola d’Ortigia,intorno ci sono panifici,ristoranti,supermercati e distributori di benzina! Consigliatissimo...se potessi darei più stelle! I stayed for the week of August .... The Thalya Luxury room has rooms furnished with a very particular and modern style, very spacious rooms ... and a very special bathroom with shower, also you have a terrace where you can relax in one of the tables / sofas .. . Friendliness and kindness of all the staff ... starting from Mr. Giuseppe to the girls ... Breakfasts with fresh and truly assorted products. FREE WI-FI. Strategic position 10 min. On foot from the island of Ortigia, around there are bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets and petrol stations! Highly recommended ... if I could I would give more stars!
C	Constantin Ciorici on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pur non amando soggiornare nei B&B questa volta mi sono fatto conquistare dal Thalya Luxury Room, abbiamo piacevolmente trovato un’ottima accoglienza dalla proprietaria che è stata gentilissima e disponibile. Sulle stanze de poco da dire, basta guardare le foto per capire che la struttura è nuova e bene tenuta. La struttura pur non avendo un parcheggio non le toglie niente in quando è possibile parcheggiare tranquillante lungo la strada. Although I don't like staying in B & Bs this time I let myself be conquered by the Thalya Luxury Room, we pleasantly found an excellent welcome from the owner who was very kind and helpful. About the rooms of little to say, just look at the photos to understand that the structure is new and well maintained. Although the structure does not have a parking space, it does not detract from it as it is possible to park tranquilizers along the road.

Zona molto tranquilla. Ottima la colazione ed il personale gentilissimo e cordiale. Davvero un posto da consigliare. Grazie Large cozy and clean room, very comfortable bed. Stanze di charme con attenzione al design e alla pulizia. A fare la differenza l'estrema cortesia del proprietario e la competenza di Veronica, prodiga di ottimi suggerimenti per godere a pieno di Siracusa uno scrigno di storia, cultura, arte e...non ultima... cucina eccellente! B&B in an excellent position for visiting Ortigia, just outside the ZTL, which allows you to reach the historic center in a few minutes' walk, but at the same time easily park on the street. Charming rooms with attention to design and cleanliness. What makes the difference is the extreme courtesy of the owner and the competence of Veronica, generous with excellent suggestions to fully enjoy Syracuse, a treasure trove of history, culture, art and ... last but not least ... excellent cuisine!

Eccellente la cortesia di Giuseppe e Veronica che hanno deliziato il nostro soggiorno suggerendo tutti i segreti di Siracusa e dintorni. Abbiamo pernottato in questa bellissima e nuovissima struttura con posizione molto strategica. Le camere ed i bagni oltre ad essere curati nei minimi dettagli sono spaziosi e pulitissime. A due passi da Ortigia, con la possibilità di un comodissimo parcheggio sotto casa. Assolutamente consigliato. I hardly write reviews, but Thalya heartily deserves it. Excellent courtesy of Giuseppe and Veronica who delighted our stay by suggesting all the secrets of Syracuse and its surroundings. We stayed overnight in this beautiful and brand new structure with a very strategic position. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and very clean as well as being cared for down to the smallest detail. A stone's throw from Ortigia, with the possibility of a convenient parking under the house. Absolutely recommended.
