When asked to change a failed awning, I was told no, giving unreasonable reasons.

Linda, la responsabile di reparto e tutto il suo staff sono sempre disponibili ad aiutare e consigliare dimostrando competenza, pazienza e gentilezza. I prezzi sono modici e il rapporto qualità prezzo è più che buono.
Near the historic center of Lower Bergamo, with the possibility of parking a fabric shop where you can find everything from the finest to the cheapest fabrics, lace, haberdashery items and everything you need for cutting and sewing projects. Linda, the department manager and all her staff are always available to help and advise by demonstrating competence, patience and kindness. The prices are moderate and the value for money is more than good.

The lady who served me was unprofessional and rude, moreover for just the purchase of samples I was asked a disproportionate amount. In my experience I don't recommend it
