I used to go there as a kid and coming back today after 30 years made me feel a certain effect and I reviewed (a flash time) the old counter ... what a thrill .... medium-small but essential shop , only attention to the customer and quality products, they leave the rest to others.

Sono tornato una settimana fa per far riparare il mio casco x-lite a cui avevo rotto un attacco del guanciale. Ebbene, hanno spedito il casco in garanzia ed è tornato perfetto, non ho speso un euro. Un grazie infinite allo staf di Urio, super competente, gentilissimo, veramente il top. La prossima volta eviterò megastore e ecommerce e tornerò da loro, la loro competenza e gentilezza vale molto di più di 50 euro di sconto. Grazie Urio. Roberto I bought a couple of x-lite helmets from them 20 years ago then between ecommerce, megastore for motorcycle clothing, etc. I didn't go there anymore. I went back a week ago to have my x-lite helmet repaired and I had a broken cheek pad attachment. Well, they sent the helmet under warranty and it came back perfect, I didn't spend a single euro. A big thanks to the staff of Urio, super competent, very kind, truly the top. Next time I will avoid megastores and ecommerce and come back to them, their competence and kindness is worth much more than 50 euros discount. Thanks Urio. Roberto

Sono tornato oggi che di anni ne ho 34 e, nostalgia a parte, ritrovo sempre la stessa professionalità e fiducia da parte del titolare. Non comprate su internet ragazzi, comprate in questi negozi! Il loro tempo è davvero una cosa preziosa.. quello che trasmette il confronto e il dialogo con una persona competente non può essere paragonato nemmeno lontanamente ad un click. I used to come to this shop from the age of 15 to 25. I returned today when I am 34 and, nostalgia aside, I always find the same professionalism and trust on the part of the owner. Don't buy on the internet guys, buy in these shops! Their time is truly a precious thing .. what transmits the comparison and dialogue with a competent person cannot be compared even remotely to a click.
