DIFFIDATE ASSOLUTAMENTE DA QUESTA COMPAGNIA INFATTI DA QUEL CHE SO STA FALLENDO.

Bollette totalmente fuori controllo, circa il doppio del precedente fornitore (aumenti recenti a parte).
Si spacciano per venditori di energia verde, ma non è vero in quanto la rete di distribuzione è la medesima per tutti i venditori.
(lavoro nella distribuzione).
Sono talmente ridicoli che ti dicono quante piante hai salvato scegliendo loro.
Non ho bisogno di ulteriori informazioni da voi, perché vedendo le recensioni degli altri utenti sono in linea con la mia.
Altra cosa ti forniscono un dispositivo per monitorare i consumi, ma non ne becca mezza nemmeno lui...
PS :la trasparenza non è il vostro forte visto che mi avete fatto risultare come non residente, che si traduce il 20€ al mese in più di tasse.

Dopo varie mail di contestazione, la risposta è stata: questi sono i prezzi e tu devi pagare.
Sono passata da 40 euro al mese a 80 in un mese e ripeto senza una valida spiegazione, e non c entra l aumento dei prezzi attuali, io parlo dimesi precedenti

Ho fatto voltura per cambio intestazione contratto e mi sono stati addebitati 100 euro di costo voltura luce e altri 111 di costo voltura gas!!!! senza addebito del deposito cauzionale perchè le bollette sono domiciliate, dire ladri è poco, gli altri gestori mediamente
addebitano 50 euro per la voltura, non posso dire nulla per le tariffe perchè ho cambiato immediatamente gestore per evitare altre brutte sorprese ! SCONSIGLIATI

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alla prima bolletta€100 di voltura per il gas +€100 di voltura per la luce.. mediamente altri fornitori richiedono €50 a contatore!! Cominciamo proprio bene,penso che passerò in fretta ad altro fornitore. Se questa è la politica aziendale non fa per me!

Siccome ricevo settimanalmente proposte da altri fornitori per passare alla loro fornitura, per correttezza ho chiamato AB Energie chiedendo se anche loro avevano contratti diversi rispetto a quello che io avevo in essere con loro. Chi mi ha risposto in gentil modo mi ha detto che mi avrebbe fatto contattare da un loro consulente. Questo consulente dopo 1 settimana circa mi contatta mi fissa un appuntamento e mi lascia il suo telefono. All’appuntamento non si presenta senza neanche avvisare e neanche successivamente mi contatta per scusarsi o per rifissarne un altro. Dopo un paio di settimane richiamo AB Energie raccontando l’accaduto e si scusano dicendo che sarei stato ricontattato da un altro consulente. Dopo 2 mesi nessuno mi ha mai contattato ed io sto per passare ad altro operatore. La serietà non appartiene ad AB Energie. Peccato.

Those who answered me politely told me that they would have their consultant contact me. This consultant after about 1 week contacts me, sets me up an appointment and leaves me his phone. He does not show up at the appointment without even informing him and he does not even contact me afterwards to apologize or to arrange another one. After a couple of weeks, I call AB Energie about what happened and apologize saying that I would be contacted by another consultant. After 2 months no one has ever contacted me and I am about to switch to another operator. Seriousness does not belong to AB Energie. Pity.
