F	Fil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta a cicli Bonfanti da Bologna perché è uno dei pochi rivenditori di bici Electra in Italia e ho trovato la massima disponibilità e onestà. Nicoletta ha avuto la pazienza di inviare foto delle bici e tutte le info possibili via whatsapp e si è fatta carico personalmente di portarmi la bici a Bologna senza addebitare costi di spedizione ulteriori (approfittando di un suo viaggio in cui passava dall'emilia). Negozio consigliatissimo. I turned to Bonfanti cycles from Bologna because it is one of the few Electra bike dealers in Italy and I found the highest availability and honesty. Nicoletta had the patience to send photos of the bikes and all the possible info via whatsapp and personally took charge of bringing the bike to Bologna without charging any additional shipping costs (taking advantage of her trip in which she passed from Emilia). Highly recommended shop.

Non essendoci in meccanico ne avendo comprato la bici qua, ho chiesto prestata una chiave allen per sistemare il mio sedile. Cosa di un minuto che potevo fare io stessa. Ma niente, la dipendente mi ha detto che il capo non vuole prestare le chiavi *una misera chiave!!!! Va beh, non tornerò, neanche per cercare una bici nuova. Grazie di niente!!!! I went to this shop as I had a mechanical urgency. Since there was no mechanic or having bought the bike here, I asked for an allen wrench to fix my seat. One minute thing I could do myself. But no, the employee told me that the boss does not want to lend the keys * a poor key !!!! Okay, I'm not going back, not even to look for a new bike. Thanks for nothing !!!!
