★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir müssten leider schlechte Erfahrungen mitteilen. Wir hatten über Terretrusche mit Kindern ein Haus mit Pool in der Toscana angemietet und wollten schönen Urlaub verbringen. Nach paar Tagen wurden wir gegen Nachmittag im Haus überfallen und ausgeraubt. Wohl gemerkt, wir waren Zuhause. Uns wurden alle unsere Wertsachen und Geld gestohlen. Die Kinder und wir stehen immer noch unter Schock. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sofort abgebrochen. Haben uns sehr unsicher gefühlt. Nach Nachfrage die Kosten für die Zeit,wo wir nicht mehr da waren zu erstatten wurden wir leider abgewiesen. Es ist nicht zu empfehlen. Auf das Wohl des Kunden wird nicht geachtet. Eine Alarmanlage hätte uns einiges erspart.
Unfortunately, we would have to report bad experiences. We had rented a house with a pool in Tuscany through Terretrusche with children and wanted to spend a great vacation. After a few days we were attacked and robbed in the house in the afternoon. Mind you, we were at home. All of our valuables and money have been stolen. The children and we are still in shock. We canceled our vacation immediately. Felt very unsafe. After asking for the costs for the time we were no longer there, we were unfortunately rejected. It is not recommended. The well-being of the customer is not considered An alarm system would have saved us a lot.
