★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La climatisation en option à 7.50 € par pièce soit 30€ par jour si vous utilisez les 4 chambres. Compte tenu de la canicule ce mois d'Août 2018 le propriétaire à bien voulu nous la mettre en marche pour "seulement" 5€ par chambre et par jour!
Le Jacuzzi est aussi en option à 5 € de l'heure
Le sauna n'était pas accessible durant notre visite mais est aussi sujet à supplément.
Les 3 cafetières à l'italienne étaient hors d'usage (rouille - joints détruits) nous avons tout de même eu une cafetière melita, prévoir 45 minutes pour 2 tasses.
Le ménage n'a pas été fait malgré l'assurance du propriétaire que 3 femmes de ménages s'en occupaient. Tapis, sols très sales, cuvette WC cassée, trace de chocolat sur l'évier, vaisselle non nettoyée, dessus de cuisine gluant.... Il nous a accordé 100€ de remise sur les 250€ de ménage facturés, aucun nettoyage fait en notre présence.

Le propriétaire vit sur les lieux ce qui n'était pas précisé sur le site (occupe la moitié de la maison) et nous avons cruellement manqué d'intimité.
2 des 4 places de parking sont en permanence squattées par le propriétaire. Lumières extérieures actives uniquement de 21h à 1 heure précise, prévoir la lampe frontale.
En conclusion nous avions loué pour une forte somme une maison luxueuse avec dépendances et nous nous sommes retrouvés à loger chez l'habitant dans une demeure sale avec un propriétaire très présent et pingre!
Prévoir un versement exclusivement en espèce (location + caution) sans reçu dès votre arrivée.
Optional air conditioning at € 7.50 per room or € 30 per day if you use the 4 bedrooms. Given the heatwave this month of August 2018, the owner kindly started it up for "only" 5 € per room and per day!
The Jacuzzi is also optional at 5 € per hour
The sauna was not accessible during our visit but is also subject to an additional charge.
The 3 Italian-style coffee makers were out of order (rust - joints destroyed) we still had a melita coffee maker, allow 45 minutes for 2 cups.
The cleaning was not done despite the owner's assurance that 3 cleaning ladies took care of it. Carpets, very dirty floors, broken toilet bowl, traces of chocolate on the sink, uncleaned dishes, sticky kitchen tops .... He gave us € 100 discount on the € 250 cleaning billed, no cleaning done in our presence.

The owner lives on the premises which was not specified on the site (occupies half of the house) and we sorely lacked privacy.
2 of the 4 parking spaces are permanently squatted by the owner. Exterior lights active only from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., bring the headlamp.
In conclusion, we had rented a luxurious house with outbuildings for a large sum and we ended up staying with the locals in a dirty house with a very present and stingy owner!
Provide payment exclusively in cash (rental + deposit) without receipt upon arrival.
