★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per tre giorni nella camera Michelangelo. Vista mozzafiato sulla piazza, camera stupenda, molto spaziosa e con angolo cottura. Che dire ... vacanza perfetta!
 I stayed at this property for three days in the Michelangelo room. Breathtaking view of the square, wonderful room, very spacious and with kitchenette. What can I say ... perfect vacation!

Ciò di cui sono molto infastidito è la tentata vendita di olio di oliva ripetuta tutti gli anni. Ovvero dopo 1 mese dal mio soggiorno nella struttura, ricevo una telefonata per propormi olio di oliva, ma scherziamo ? e idem quest'anno. Telefonata ricevuta proprio oggi.
Ma quindi se io soggiornassi in 100 hotel l'anno, dovrei ricevere telefonate di proposte commerciali ogni giorno?
The stay was pleasant.
What I am very annoyed with is the attempted sale of olive oil repeated every year. That is, after 1 month from my stay in the structure, I receive a phone call to propose olive oil, but are we kidding? and ditto this year. Call received just today.
So if I were staying in 100 hotels a year, would I have to get calls for business proposals every day?

Il servizio di ospitalità è più che buono. Rete WiFi di buon livello. No ascensore.
Exceptional B&B with breathtaking views over the square. The hotel is characterized by its unique position, in the context of a finely restored medieval building.
The hospitality service is more than good. Good WiFi network. No lift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È posto in Piazza Grande ad Arezzo, in un palazzo d’epoca, le finestre della nostra ampia camera si affacciano direttamente sulla piazza. Il personale è stato molto gentile. La camera molto pulita, con arcate di mattoni e cucina attrezzata,il bagno con muri a pietra a vista. Sembra di pernottare in un castello.
It is located in Piazza Grande in Arezzo, in a period building, the windows of our large room overlook the square. The staff was very nice. The very clean room, with brick archways and equipped kitchen, the bathroom with exposed stone walls. It feels like staying overnight in a castle.

Large, clean and well furnished room with kitchenette and large bathroom. Very central position, overlooking Piazza Grande. Comfortable beds. Very kind and welcoming manager, available to meet our needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viste le belle recensioni che abbiamo letto proprio qui abbiamo scelto al volo di scegliere e di soggiornare una notte in questo hotel prima di raggiungere la nostra destinazione finale.. e purtroppo devo dire che a noi è andata proprio male.. a parte la gentilezza dei proprietari di cui nn si può dire nulla.. anzi.. ma la stanza sporchissima.. nn siamo neppure riusciti a dormire niente xk le stanze nn sono per niente insonorizzate.. ogni ospite dell’hotel sembrava soggiornasse in stanza con noi.. si salvi chi può x chi entrava ed usciva continuamente dalla struttura.. disastro.. si sente tutto all’ennesima potenza.. ma la cosa che ci rimarrà più impressa è la sporcizia.. il non saper appoggiare le nostre cose su qualcosa di pulito
Given the good reviews we read right here, we quickly chose to choose and stay one night in this hotel before reaching our final destination .. and unfortunately I have to say that it went really bad for us .. apart from the kindness of the owners of which you can not say anything .. on the contrary .. but the room very dirty .. we could not even sleep at all xk the rooms are not at all soundproofed .. every hotel guest seemed to be staying in the room with us .. yes save those who can x those who continually entered and left the structure .. disaster .. you can hear everything to the nth degree .. but the thing that will remain most impressed on us is the dirt .. not knowing how to put our things on something clean

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima accoglienza al momento dell'arrivo, pulizia impeccabile, camera (con anche una cucina a disposizione) molto grande e bella. Particolarmente apprezzata, la macchinetta del caffè in Camera e le relativa cialde, nonostante avevamo una prenotazione senza colazione. Posizione Top in centro storico. Consiglio a tutti la struttura.
Excellent welcome upon arrival, impeccable cleanliness, room (with also a kitchen available) very large and beautiful. Particularly appreciated, the coffee machine in the room and the relative pods, even though we had a reservation without breakfast. Top location in the historic center. I recommend the structure to everyone.

Nice little place, with excellent rooms with little corner to cook. Charming and enchanting. The breakfast is served at the Piazza Grande cafe Varsari and they have a menu formula for dinner that is extremely good and worth the price.
