★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is in a great location just outside Arezzo. There is a nice view of the surrounding hills. The hotel room my wife and I stayed in was comfortable. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They planned a breakfast and dinner surprise for my wife for her birthday. The food and drinks at the hotel were also very good. I recommend both staying at Casa Volpi and going to its restaurant.

They didnt tell me there is no food unless you decide to wake up early for breakfast whilst on holiday, no lunch provided either whilst they emailed me to let me know that breakfast was included and the restaurant open.. the room is like a noun's cell, full of insects and not cleaned up properly. No space to relax beside some tables, forget about the sunbeds advertised in the photos. The bathroom is quite a disgrace and cherry on top.. they locked me out! There is no night reception but they didnt gave me the keys to open the door, so I had to check all the windows of the house and find one I could open from the outside to climb in. Worst place I ever been.
