★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scorbutico e non gentile. Da non confondere con quello del Hotel Terme di Frasassi, lì accanto ma separato, che è dove vieni rimandato per l'accesso alle piscine termali. Consiglio di puntare direttamente alle terme dell'hotel.
Grumpy and unkind staff. Not to be confused with that of the Hotel Terme di Frasassi, next door but separate, which is where you are sent back for access to the thermal pools. I recommend going directly to the hotel spa.

C è di tutto per quello che riguarda la cura del corpo , situate all interno del paesino , ben servito dalla linea ferroviaria , dagli autobus o da comodi parcheggi se si arriva in auto . Attaccato vi è l hotel per chi pernotta in zona . Il personale è cordiale e preparato , il flusso di clienti è scorrevole e la struttura è molto pulita . ??????
Great experience lived at the spa. There is everything for what concerns the care of the body, located inside the village, well served by the railway line, by buses or by convenient parking lots if you arrive by car. Attached is the hotel for those staying in the area. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the flow of customers is smooth and the facility is very clean. ??????
