Ho scelto di provare l'idromassaggio abbinato a massaggi linfodrenanti per le gambe per cui ho avuto modo di testare la gentilezza e la professionalità delle massaggiatrice, in particolare della signora Giovanna. Welcoming and very well organized structure in terms of cleaning and customer management. I chose to try the hydromassage combined with lymphatic drainage massages for the legs so I was able to test the kindness and professionalism of the masseuse, in particular of Mrs Giovanna.

Innanzitutto lamento la mancata cortesia degli operatori al cellulare, in quanto al momento della prenotazione si sono mostrati alquanto maleducati e scontrosi (non avendo fatto assolutamente nulla di male). Fortunatamente in altre successive chiamate sono stata aiutata da un’operatrice molto più gentile e comprensiva, la stessa che ci ha accolto all’arrivo. In secondo luogo, mi preme precisare che il percorso scelto aveva un costo superiore ai 200€ a persona, come da bonus terme. A mio modesto parere, il costo era assolutamente esagerato per 20 minuti di percorso kneipp, 30 di piscina con idromassaggio e 1 ora di massaggio. Soffermandomi sulla qualità di questo massaggio, che doveva essere suddiviso in drenante, decontratturante e di sollievo alla testa, mi chiedo come mai il massaggio alla testa non sia stato minimamente contemplato (la massaggiatrice ha letteralmente sfiorato le mie tempie per 3 volte per dirmi dopo “abbiamo terminato”). Il prezzo mi sembra ancora più eccessivo tenendo conto di alcuni dettagli, come le superfici della piscina per il percorso kneipp scrostate! Insomma, pagando una cifra tanto alta, mi aspettavo una qualità decisamente maggiore. Ho fatto esperienze simili, pagando molto meno, ma sono rimasta molto più soddisfatta. Fortunately, in other subsequent calls I was helped by a much more polite and understanding operator, the same one who welcomed us on arrival. Secondly, I would like to point out that the chosen path cost more than € 200 per person, as per the spa bonus. In my humble opinion, the cost was absolutely exaggerated for 20 minutes of Kneipp path, 30 of swimming pool with whirlpool and 1 hour of massage. Dwelling on the quality of this massage, which had to be divided into draining, decontracting and head relief, I wonder why the head massage was not contemplated in the least (the masseuse literally brushed my temples 3 times to tell me later " We finished"). The price seems to me even more excessive taking into account some details, such as the surfaces of the swimming pool for the Kneipp path scuffed! In short, paying such a high amount, I expected a much higher quality. I have had similar experiences, paying much less, but I was much more satisfied.

Personale della reception super arrogante e scontroso, per prenotare il trattamento abbiamo dovuto fare decine di chiamate sperando in una risposta. Quelle poche volte in cui siamo riusciti a parlare con gli operatori di certo dall’altra parte non abbiamo riscontrato il massimo della disponibilità e gentilezza, ma al contrario molta arroganza e maleducazione. Spogliatoi non completamente puliti che emanavano un odore poco piacevole, si vedeva chiaramente il pavimento sporco (penso che in una spa dovrebbe essere la prima cosa a cui pensare) Ritornando al trattamento, 200 euro (a testa) per due ore di cui una “gettati” letteralmente in due diverse piscine che a mio parere non hanno nulla di particolare. Non sono un esperto in materia, ma ritengo che tale somma per il trattamento ricevuto sia da considerare eccessivamente alta. L’unica cosa da considerare decente è stato il massaggio.
