Questi pareri positivi vengono sotterrati da una ineducazione della segretaria che non sa cosa è il commercio. Dopo due anni che ero cliente mi vedo arrivare una mail con la quale mi avvisava che dovevo pagare il trasporto pari a euro 5,00 per aver ardinato 30 bottiglie di Grappa, mai applicate in precedenza. Alla mia meraviglia rispondeva che "" "poteva anche annullare la spedizione" "". Rispondevo che i piedi li avevo lavati la mattina e potevo farne a meno. Preciso che sono sempre stato preciso nei precedenti pagamenti!!!!!!!!! E non sapevo spiegarmi tale ineducato comportamento. Ho detto addio a questo fornitore. Di sicuro il proprietario non è a conoscenza di tale comportamento altrimenti avrebbe sostituito il ruolo di questa ragazza "" "a pascolare il gregge" "hahahahs It produces a decent beer. Ottima accoglienza da parte dei proprietari e prodotti d'elite' a partire dai distillati.......grappe bianche eccezionali e le barricate superlative, le birre nella loro varieta' sono tutte di livello top e particolari nei gusti. I f.lli Collesi sono dei top top top nella produzione di questi liquidi nobili che accarezzano il palato in un'esplosione di gusti raffinati e particolari. Da non sottovalutare nemmeno la linea profumi x ambiente e cosmetica dove anche in questo caso producono prodotti di alta gamma. Consigliatissimo!!!!!
