Di birrifici italiani se ne salvano pochi, ma questo finora penso sia il peggiore provato. Enjoy 4 or 5 beers on tap and in bottles, all bad, tending to acid. A few Italian brewers save a few, but so far I think this is the worst proven.

Io l'ho provata con il fritto misto e a me è piaciuta. Tutt'altra storia, ma particolarmente di moda nel settore attuale dei microbirrifici, la Speciale 'Birrantino', una barley wine con vino Sagrantino, molto alcolica e strutturata per i palati dal grado alcolico esigente! Degna di nota la 'Porta del Monte', una rossa da tutto pasto così come la 'Santa Spina' una blanche. Ultima della serie la 'Stupefacente' ai fiori di canapa, una bionda tutta da provare! Ho trovato un'addetta alla vendita molto disponibile e cordiale. Valuterò con piacere ogni stile acquistato. Sono convinto che non è necessario bere abitualmente birra per poter essere un venditore professionale (suggerimento fraterno). Tornerò in un altro viaggio, sarà un piacere osservare la vostra evoluzione. Today I went to this brewery for the first time, I was interested in looking at and evaluating the whole, since it is a commercial activity. I found a saleswoman very helpful and friendly. I will gladly evaluate each style purchased. I am convinced that it is not necessary to drink beer habitually in order to be a professional seller (fraternal suggestion). C	Christian S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten in unserem Italien-Urlaub richtig Lust auf ein in der Region gebrautes Bier und haben dann im Internet entdeckt, dass es ganz in der Nähe von unserem Aufenthaltsort (Città di Castello) in Montone sogar eine Brauerei gibt...an der Brauerei angekommen, standen wir dann leider vor einem verschlossenen Tor, mussten feststellen, dass die Brauerei wohl nicht unangemeldet für "Gäste" zugänglich ist und waren fast schon wieder auf dem Weg zu unserem Auto, um uns auf den Rückweg zu machen. Ein sehr netter Mann (wahrscheinlich sogar der Chef der Brauerei!?) hat unsere fragenden, wahrscheinlich leicht enttäuschten Blicke gesehen, uns das Tor geöffnet und uns anschließend mit zwei Mitarbeitern eine Brauereibesichtigung inklusive Bierverkostung ermöglicht, die nicht nur spontan, sondern auch wirklich klasse war. Ein sehr leckeres, "ausgefallenes" Bier, dass man so aus Deutschland nicht kennt (Bier mit Wein, Canabis, Kastanie usw.)
