I proprietari stanno egregiamente capitalizzando sul loro successo, aprendo nuovi spazi, vincendo premi. Le birre sono tantissime, ottime e piene di creativa energia.
 A place immersed in the Umbrian countryside, where raw materials are loved and pampered and yet so in step with the times. Always in turmoil. The owners are excellently capitalizing on their success, opening new spaces, winning prizes. The beers are many, excellent and full of creative energy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con il giovanissimo Alberto io mio marito e mia figlia, abbiamo fatto un giro per il birrificio, dove con passione ci ha spiegato tutti i passaggi della lavorazione . Per finire ci ha fatto degustare alcune birre, accompagnate da dei piatti semplici ma buoni preparati da lui . pur non essendo una consumatrice di questo prodotto ho trovato la visita interessante e piacevole !
With the very young Alberto, my husband and my daughter, we took a tour of the brewery, where he explained all the processing steps with passion. Finally he made us taste some beers, accompanied by simple but good dishes prepared by him. despite not being a consumer of this product, I found the visit interesting and enjoyable!

Le birre sono buonissime di di alta qualità, il locale è allestito molto bene, rustico ma confortevole, la location è perfetta per una serata fra amici. Il servizio è eccellente. Meritano il 5/5! "bravo"
TOP: Alberto and Francesco dedicate their entire passion to what they do, and when there is passion, you can see the results. The beers are very good of high quality, the place is very well set up, rustic but comfortable, the location is perfect for an evening with friends. The service is excellent. They deserve the 5/5! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evento tenutosi a Febbraio 2022 senza la minima precauzione anti-covid , con pitbull che giravano senza guinzaglio per lo stabile. Inoltre le birre non sono un gran che.
Event held in February 2022 without the slightest anti-covid precaution, with pit bulls walking around the building without a leash. Also, the beers aren't that great.
