t	tania pazzini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono anni che ci vado ed è sempre un pezzo di paradiso, i proprietari sono persone semplici e accoglienti appartamenti al top e il cibo sempre una prelibatezza salutare nelle mani della proprietaria. Lo consiglio se si vuole staccare dalla routine e immergersi nella natura. I have been going there for years and it is always a piece of paradise, the owners are simple people and welcoming apartments at the top and the food is always a healthy delicacy in the hands of the owner. I recommend it if you want to disconnect from the routine and immerse yourself in nature.

Quella degli animali, che tocchi, accarezzi, baci,nutri, conosci, respiri… Ci si sono innamora degli alloggi, semplici, rustici, accoglienti. Ci si innamora delle persone che in questo posto ci lavorano, ci vivono, ti accolgono, ti prendono x mano e ti accompagnano in un’esperienza che vorresti non finisse mai. La Gentilezza,i sorrisi, la professionalità di tutti, dai ragazzi e ragazze che lavorano in sala a quella di tutti i favolosi proprietari, sono cosa rara… La piscina sempre pulitissima ha deliziato i bambini (ma anche noi!)nei pomeriggi afosi. La cucina buonissima della meravigliosa nonna Rosy e la dolcezza e simpatia di Lucia in sala accompagnano sia le colazioni golose e abbondanti sia le cene genuine e buonissime. E poi ci sono Francesco e Patrizia,persone davvero SPECIALI, i “ capi fattoria”, anche se sono molto, MOLTO di più…tanto cuore, tanta testa, tante braccia, tanta preparazione, tanta umanità..tanta GIOIA ;-) In this place you fall in love. We fall in love with Life. That of nature, overwhelming in its simplicity. That of animals, which you touch, caress, kiss, feed, know, breathe… We fell in love with the simple, rustic, welcoming accommodation. You fall in love with the people who work there, live there, welcome you, take you by the hand and accompany you in an experience that you would never want to end. The kindness, the smiles, the professionalism of everyone, from the boys and girls who work in the dining room to that of all the fabulous owners, are rare ... The always spotless swimming pool delighted the children (but also us!) In the sultry afternoons. The delicious cuisine of the wonderful grandmother Rosy and Lucia's sweetness and friendliness in the dining room accompany both the delicious and abundant breakfasts and the genuine and delicious dinners. And then there are Francesco and Patrizia, really SPECIAL people, the "farm heads", even if they are much, MUCH more ... a lot of heart, a lot of head, many arms, a lot of preparation, a lot of humanity .. a lot of JOY ;-)
A	Azzurra Improta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto molto carino, camera pulita un po'spartana ma accogliente, l'eccellenza la fanno le persone, Francesco e Patrizia sono meravigliosi.... ti portano nel loro mondo...un'esperienza unica che da sola vale il viaggio, una fattoria didattica così non la si trova da nessun'altra parte! che dire della cucina? buonissima e nonna rosy Unica!!! insomma da rifare!!! a presto!!! Very nice place, clean room a bit Spartan but welcoming, excellence is made by people, Francesco and Patrizia are wonderful .... they take you into their world ... a unique experience that alone is worth the trip, a educational farm so you can't find it anywhere else! what about the kitchen? very good and granny rosy Unique !!! in short, to be redone !!! See you soon!!!

Francesco e sua moglie, Lucia e Rosina sono usciti da un libro di favole!! La fattoria didattica é per i bambini ma anche per i genitori un tuffo nella natura bellissimo, i bambini interagiscono con gli animali da protagonisti. L'Ambiente è sereno e tranquillo. Abbiamo fatto solo uno sbaglio a cui rimedieremo di certo la prossima volta , non abbiamo provato il menù dell'agriturismo. Torneremo sicuramente anche per assaggiare quello oltre che per portare qualche amico che non ci é ancora stato! Complimenti !! We were only there for two days but I guarantee, this is a place that a family with children cannot miss! Francesco and his wife, Lucia and Rosina came out of a fairy tale book !! The educational farm is for children but also for parents a dip in the beautiful nature, the children interact with the animals as protagonists. The environment is peaceful and quiet. We only made a mistake which we will certainly remedy next time, we have not tried the menu of the farm. We will definitely come back to taste that as well as to bring some friends who haven't been there yet! Compliments !!

Francesco e Patrizia hanno guidato i bambini nell'esperienza entusiasmante della fattoria didattica in maniera egregia. Nota di merito alla CUCINA STRAORDINARIA di "zia Rosy" che ci ha coccolati e viziati come da nessun'altra parte. I suoi cappelletti in brodo sono da premiare. Torneremo presto magari in primavera/estate come da loro consigliato. Hospitality, kindness, availability and friendliness at the top of expectations! Here the staff gives guests attention that is not easy to find elsewhere. Francesco and Patrizia guided the children in the exciting experience of the educational farm in an excellent way. Note on the EXTRAORDINARY CUISINE of "Aunt Rosy" who pampered and spoiled us like nowhere else. His cappelletti in broth are to be rewarded. We will be back soon maybe in spring / summer as recommended by them.

Stare a contatto con gli animali è sempre bello ma qui c’è anche una spiegazione attenta, un’attenzione diversa. I bambini, non solo il nostro, si sono tutti immersi nel ruolo senza spavento o incertezza, qualcosa da vedere per capire. Camera ok e ristorante ottimo, in cui abbiamo potuto assaggiare un maialino indimenticabile. Grazie a tutta la famiglia e annessi. Alessio e famiglia. Beautiful experience for our 4 year old son, real genuine and fun, like the people who carry it out with care and passion and whom we thank again. Being in contact with animals is always nice but here there is also a careful explanation, a different attention. The children, not just ours, have all immersed themselves in the role without fear or uncertainty, something to see to understand. Ok room and excellent restaurant, where we were able to taste an unforgettable suckling pig. Thanks to all the family and outbuildings. Alessio and family.
C	Claudio Galizia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come il mal d’Africa esiste il Mal dell’agriturismo/fattoria i due mondi. Te ne vai e non vorresti mai andartene. Vieni assorbito dalla natura, dal silenzio, dall’accoglienza meravigliosa che questa famiglia ti da. Se pensi all tv al plasma in camera, al lusso non venire. Se invece vuoi pace, vuoi un ritorno alle origini questo è il posto ideale. Nonna Rosi, nonna lavoratrice instancabile prepara la colazione in maniera deliziosa e come da tradizione; il nonno esperto conoscitore della vera agricoltura biologica e di come veramente vanno trattati gli animali. Francesco e Patrizia persone meravigliose che curano anche la fattoria didattica. I bambini sono entusiasti di fare questa esperienza anche perchè il giro in fattoria non è sempre uguale. Francesco e Patrizia capiscono subito le attitudini dei bimbi anche quelli piccolissimi. C’è chi ama ascoltarli mentre danno spiegazioni interessanti, c’è chi ama prendere in braccio o accarezzare i vari animali, c’è chi vuole giocare tra le balle di fieno o ricoprire di argilla la scrofa Peppa. I più fortunati possono anche assistere alla nascita di qualche puledro, vitellino o vedere la mungitura delle mucche, che avviene esclusivamente solo quando gli stessi vitellini fanno la pappa. Insomma è un’avventura che consiglio fortemente. Si ritorna a casa pieni di pace e sicuramente più umili!
D	D A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is FARM LIFE italian style Live in a beautiful stone house, and enjoy a quiet time surrounded by animals, fig trees, apple trees and silence. There's a pool to dive in, a bridge to cross, horses to ride on, and rabbits to kiss. A real paradise for children full of little bicycles, a plastic playground and great hosts, caring, energetic and informative, that explain everything you need to know about animals, both in italian and english, and will even let your young ones try to ride a tractor. The rooms are basic but seem renovated and clean and have a kitchennete. There is a seperation between the bedroom and the lounge (that can host a cot or a single bed and let you enjoy the mini TV with your children sleeping close) The breakfast is very generous, and includes home made cakes, fresh bread, fruit juice, capuccino, cornflakes, cheese and prociutto, fresh fruits, and also toasts and cornettos. There's a vegetable garden outside the kitchen, walnut trees around, so you can make a great salad for yourselves without going to the supermarket. We came at the end of September and were the only guests, even though there are only great comments to read about this place. I'll recommend this place for families that search for tranquility in a beautiful surrounding. It's safe, fun, and fresh. The city of Umbertide nearby might not be the prettiest, but it has everything you need: a pizzeria, a supermarket, pharmacy, dry cleaner and even a hospital. It's a short ride to beautiful Perugia and Assisi, we also visited lake trasimeno, and Deruta.
