★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo stati per questo weekend.... cortesia e ospitalità in primissimo piano... cenone di Capodanno buono anche se le pietanze non erano bollenti... colazioni super con torte fatte in casa da provare la torta alla menta... squisita...ma anche tutte le altre sono ottime e non solo quelle. Proprietari disponibili a suggerire luoghi da visitare.appartamenti belli e puliti il nostro aveva il soppalco con due letti singoli e una camera matrimoniale fantastico. Maneggio ...piscina... agriturismo immerso nelle colline perugine... un'esperienza da rifare sicuramente....

 We were there for this weekend .... courtesy and hospitality in the foreground ... good New Year's Eve dinner even if the dishes were not hot ... super breakfasts with homemade cakes to try the mint cake ... exquisite ... but all the others are also excellent and not only those. Owners available to suggest places to visit.Nice and clean apartments ours had a loft with two single beds and a fantastic double room. Riding ... swimming pool ... farmhouse nestled in the hills of Perugia ... an experience to be redone for sure ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just did an overnight and was thrilled not only with the staff - all super nice and helpful, but the location - out of the way but easy to reach, the premises - beautifully renovated and clean as a whistle and the exceptional opportunities for star gazing at night on the hammocks near the pool!! This is a wonderful getaway location. Only 2.5 hours from Rome for example and it is a world away from everything. We will be back very soon. Grazie!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This lovely hotel is a fantastic jewel in the hills of Italy . Friendly and helpful staff, with a beautiful location. The pool is superb, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. I liked that it felt less like a hotel and more like a home: there are chickens and peacocks, family dogs and horses on site, but the hotel is big enough to simply make use of the pool and picnic area without ever encountering them. There were enough sun loungers for all, and the breakfast served had some delicious tarts and homemade bread. As it is a farmhouse building, it is not air conditioned, but the pool makes a refreshing retreat from the heat and I would highly recommend staying here.

Together with the surrounding and the calmness it made this to an overwhelming experience. Thank you so much Giordano, Paolo and Gabry. I will never forget my stay and hope to come back presto!
