Interessante vedere come la facciata si incrocia, si fonde con le architetture circostanti, per creare un clima storico suggestivo. L'esterno è semplice, fatto da pietre; a fianco al portone vi sono due finestre rettangolari con gratte. Il tetto è a capanna. Internamente, l'illusione di una chiesa a pianta centrale, rettangolare, svanisce; la piante diviene a croce greca. Il transetto è formato dalle due nicchie. Interessante pure il soffitto, dove presenta alcune cornici con all'interno dei piccoli affreschi. Internamente, quindi, è strana perché è a croce greca, ed è piccolissima. It is a small church located in the heart of Apecchio, in the upper part of the city. It is interesting to see how the façade intersects, blends with the surrounding architecture, to create a suggestive historical climate. The exterior is simple, made from stones; next to the door there are two rectangular windows with gratings. The roof is gable. Internally, the illusion of a central-plan, rectangular church vanishes; the plant becomes a Greek cross. The transept is formed by the two niches. The ceiling is also interesting, where it has some frames with small frescoes inside. Internally, therefore, it is strange because it is a Greek cross, and it is very small.
