Grande cucina, forno a legna e barbecue permettono di spaziare anche nell'arte culinaria. Siamo stati benissimo. Un grazie particolare alla proprietaria Laura gentilissima e disponibile in tutto. Wonderful weekend. Estate surrounded by greenery complete for every need: sport, relaxation. Large kitchen, wood-burning oven and barbecue allow you to wander even in the culinary art. La grande struttura del casale oltre ad avere la pecca di non avere ne bagno ne cucina al piano terra, dimostra i segni dell'età, crepe ovunque e pavimenti molto rumorosi, piu o meno quello che ci si aspetta da un casale di campagna. Quello che non si immagina é che la piscina sia del tutto obsoleta, vegetazione sulle pareti, mattonato a bordo piscina tagliente, nessun lettino funzionante e niente doccia. Non si immagina nemmeno di trovarsi in una casa vacanze dove tutto é rattoppato, sedie, tavoli, ventilatori, letti...etc etc Se siete in molti non fate affidamento sul frigorifero, se avete bisogno della luce per illuminare la stanza, portatevi la torcia del cellulare, se invece volete un po di privacy, portatevi una sedia per chiudere la porta della stanza o del bagno dato che non ci sono nemmeno le chiavi. Se dopo aver fatto il bagno tra l'insalata e il muschio volete fare una partita a biliardo, portatevi una stecca da casa, che di sana ce n'è solo una e se dopo la partita volete fare un barbecue ricordatevi di portare da casa gli strumenti necessari. La cosa più bella della struttura, oltre la posizione, rimane la coppia di custodi che vivono nel casale, brave persone! La gentile proprietaria invece, sembra occuparsi più di conti e conticini invece di capire come si trovano gli ospiti, al punto che dimentica anche di chiederlo. la struttura non é male, la manutenzione dei custodi é impeccabile e il disinteresse della proprietà é evidente. What you don't imagine is that the pool is completely outdated, greenery on the walls, sharp poolside brick, no working lounger and no shower. You don't even imagine being in a holiday home where everything is patched up, chairs, tables, fans, beds ... etc etc If you are many do not rely on the refrigerator, if you need light to illuminate the room, bring your cell phone torch, if you want a little privacy, bring a chair to close the door of the room or bathroom as there they are not even the keys. If after taking a bath between the salad and the moss you want to play a game of billiards, bring a cue from home, that there is only one healthy and if after the game you want to have a barbecue remember to bring the necessary tools. The best thing about the structure, besides the location, remains the couple of caretakers who live in the farmhouse, good people! The kind owner, on the other hand, seems to be more concerned with accounts and conticini instead of understanding how the guests are, to the point that she even forgets to ask for it. the structure is not bad, the maintenance of the caretakers is impeccable and the lack of interest in the property is evident.

Tutto in casa è curato nei minimi dettagli e data la grandezza della casa ci si sorprende sempre nello scoprire una nuova chicca che non si era notata prima. I 2 custodi sono delle persone fantastiche, discrete ma al contempo presenti e disponibili per ogni tipo di necessità. La piscina, pulita ogni mattina dai custodi, l'abbiamo trovata tutti piacevolissima, ma a parer nostro la vera chicca della casa è la sala biliardo con accesso diretto alla veranda. Ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene insomma, e come già detto sia alla signora Laura che alla signora Rosalba torneremo senz'altro. I had the pleasure of staying in this lovely place for 3 days with a group of friends. Everything in the house is studied in detail and given the size of the house we are always surprised to discover a new gem that had not been noticed before. The 2 caretakers are fantastic people, discreet but at the same time present and available for any kind of need. The pool, cleaned every morning by the caretakers, we all found it very pleasant, but in our opinion the real gem of the house is the billiard room with direct access to the veranda. In short, we had a really good time, and as already mentioned, both Mrs. Laura and Mrs. Rosalba will definitely return.

La cosa che colpisce di più è la tranquillità e il fatto che sembra di sentirsi proprio a casa. il casale è dotato anche di ascensore , ha una cucina ben fornita una sala pranzo e un salotto enorme, un bellissimo balcone ampio dove fare colazione , e anche una sala biliardo. l'ultimo piano è tutto dedicato alle camere da letto ben 4. la piscina è bellissima e ben attrezzata. c'è anche un portico esterno dove mangiare all'aperto con barbecue e forno per le pizze. ci sono sempre a disposizione i custodi che sono gentilissimi e molto discreti. consigliatissimo we spent a wonderful weekend with the family. The most striking thing is the tranquility and the fact that it seems to feel right at home. the farmhouse is also equipped with a lift, has a well-stocked kitchen, a dining room and a huge living room, a beautiful large balcony where you can have breakfast, and even a billiard room. the top floor is all dedicated to bedrooms 4 well. the swimming pool is beautiful and well equipped. there is also an external porch for outdoor dining with barbecue and pizza oven. the keepers are always available who are very kind and very discreet. highly recommended
