Questo Ristorante, in cui la cucina, nasce da una sana passione, in quanto Francesco che si può fregiare senza dubbio e senza remore del titolo di chef , ha creato un luogo dove il panorama, si fonde nella cucina. Vino Montepulciano, sincero, bruschette, pomodorini e fagioli e trippa, sono il preludio che ti limita solo, perché sono strepitosi e hai paura di non poter gustare i primi. Che quanto arrivano hanno il pregio di essere, nati da un cuoco che ha imparato in casa e realizzato in cucina. Fettuccine con il sugo di fantasia di Scandriglia, gnocchetti con asparagi e funghi, linguine ai funghi... Con questa sequenza di fuochi come nelle feste si aspetta il " botto" finale, ed eccolo arrosticini, e salsicce... dolci si ed ecco una meraviglia torta di mele... torneremo poiché il nostro caro Francesco, cucina, come un pittore, lasciando poi delle tele per essere ammirate e vogliamo vedere come "dipinge" il pesce, che se pur un prodotto lontano, festa curiosità vedere come sarà trattato, spero di scrivere anche di questo... D	David Mieli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il soggiorno è stato bellissimo, rilassante nonostante dei ragazzi nella stanza sotto di noi si siano ubriacati e sono stati in piedi fino alle 4.la stanza era molto semplice ma accogliente ed ospitale immersa in una vallata molto suggestiva.tutto lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile. anche la parte del ristorante merita una menzione,il menu era tipicamente casareccio,stra cosiglio le sagne alla scandrigliese.ci tornerò sicuramente p.s. tra l'altro ci sta pure la piscina che merita parecchio the stay was beautiful, relaxing even though some guys in the room below us got drunk and were up until 4am the room was very simple but welcoming and hospitable immersed in a very suggestive valley. available. also the part of the restaurant deserves a mention, the menu was typically homemade, I recommend the sagne alla scandrigliese. p.s. among other things there is also the swimming pool which deserves a lot
