★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ci andavamo da qualche anno ed è stata una piacevole sorpresa ritrovare pietanze ancora più gustose, genuine, perfettamente equilibrate.
Servizio perfetto, confort di un caminetto vicinissimo al tavolo, menù fisso a prova dei più esigenti...Torneremo presto con i nostri amici perché è bellissimo condividere qualcosa di bello quando ci soddisfa in pieno!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo pranzo in questa struttura immersa nel verde della Sabina a due passi dall'abbazia di Farfa. Cibo semplice, genuino cucinato secondo tradizione condito con olio di altissima qualità. Prezzo più che onesto per qualità e abbondanza. Da provare in tutte le stagioni.

Coratella spettacolare,ottimi anche i primi piatti, fettuccine con ragù e tortellini in brodo.
Molto buoni anche i secondi con i loro contorni.
Non ultimo,ma ottimo anche il servizio con bravi ragazze/i educati e cortesi.
Suggerisco a mani basse ??
First time! Suggested by a cousin, we went for Christmas lunch, all really great.
Spectacular Coratella, also excellent first courses, fettuccine with meat sauce and tortellini in broth.
Seconds with their side dishes are also very good.
Last but not least, the service with good, polite and courteous girls is also excellent.
I suggest hands down ??

Un borgo medievale che si raggiunge attraversando gli uliveti tipici della campagna Sabina. Il menu è fisso: antipasto con formaggi, affettati, legumi e qualche piatto tipico. Due primi, due secondi e due contorni. Porzioni perfette perché si possa mangiare tutto. Ma al bis rispondono con piacere. La sfoglia della lasagna, sottile come secondo me deve essere, e i tagliolini fatti in casa, veramente buoni. Il maialino eccezionale. Il prezzo è giustissimo. Il servizio cordiale ed attento. Complimenti!
It looks like a widespread hotel, with several residences, overlooking the Farfa valley, with a splendid panorama. A medieval village that can be reached by crossing the olive groves typical of the Sabina countryside. The menu is fixed: appetizer with cheeses, cold cuts, legumes and some typical dishes. Two first courses, two second courses and two side dishes. Perfect portions so that you can eat everything. But to the encore they respond with pleasure. The lasagna sheet, thin as I think it should be, and the homemade tagliolini, really good. The exceptional suckling pig. The price is quite right. The friendly and attentive service. Well done!

Menù fisso, antipasto ricchissimo, 2 primi, due secondi, due contorni, dolce, caffè e ammazza caffè. 28 euro comprese le bevande. Posizione panoramica, locale carino, servizio attento senza essere invadente, anche a chi è vegano (per il suo menù ci hanno fatto anche lo sconto, cosa non scontata).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pranzo ottimo, servizio familiare efficiente e gentile. Prezzo ottimo, menù unico prezzo fisso. Unico problema l'accesso per i disabili é possibile ad una sola sala perché ci sono scalini tra le varie sale. I servizi non solo accessibili con la carrozzella e anche le persone con deambulazione difficoltosa possono avere dei problemi. Ciononostante lo consiglio.
Excellent lunch, efficient and kind family service. Great price, single fixed price menu. The only problem is that access for the disabled is only possible in one room because there are steps between the various rooms. Services that are not only accessible by wheelchair and also people with difficulty walking can have problems. Nonetheless I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cercando su internet un agriturismo nella Sabina siamo finiti in questo borgo spettacolare. Pranzo da cerimonia... Antipasto delizioso con coratella come una volta, ottimi primi, arrosto squisito e per concludere un ottimo dolce . Veramente ottimo! Giacomo il proprietario ci ha mostrato tutte le altre stanze del borgo dove poter fare anche cerimonie. Ottimo!! Consigliatissimo.
PS: andate a stomaco vuoto! ???
Looking on the internet for a farm in the Sabina we ended up in this spectacular village. Ceremonial lunch ... Delicious appetizer with offal as it once was, excellent first courses, exquisite roast and to finish off an excellent dessert. Really great! Giacomo the owner showed us all the other rooms in the village where you can also do ceremonies. Optimal!! Highly recommended.
PS: go on an empty stomach! ???
