N	Nik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente semplice a ridosso dell'uliveto che riempie il panorama. Location di recente rinnovo con sala e bagni puliti. Personale gentile e disponibile con la clientela. Abbiamo pranzato con il menù proposto che è davvero abbondante, abbiam portato il secondo a casa perché sazi. Ottima la qualità delle materie prime, buoni anche i dolci. Simple environment close to the olive grove that fills the landscape. Recently renovated location with room and clean bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. We had lunch with the proposed menu that is really abundant, we brought the second home because sated. Excellent quality of raw materials, good even sweets.

L	Luca Giancane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che stiate andando verso Roma o verso Rieti, se vi trovate a viaggiare sulla Salaria non potete non fermarvi in questo agriturismo. Un uliveto di sette ettari, un casale e una ventina di tavoli ben posizionati in uno spazio all'aperto tra gli ulivi fanno sì che dopo meno di dieci minuti ti dimentichi che sei a bordo Salaria e cominci a goderti una giornata di relax all'aria aperta. Il punto forte è sicuramente il menù fisso dal prezzo più che giustificato di 25€ per gli adulti e 15€ per i bambini. Diciamocelo, se sei un adulto questa volta ti senti fortunato! Antipasto non abbondante ma equilibrato e misto con una bruschetta che sa di casa con un buon olio e tante sfiziosità che sanno di genuino. Primi ben cucinati (menzione speciale a un ottimo sugo di castrato dai sapori autentici) e un secondo di arrosto misto composto da salsiccia e braciole di castrato anche questo non abbondante (stiamo sempre nei 25€!!) ma assolutamente ben cucinato (il barbecue a vista per pregustare con gli occhi e col naso l'arrosto è un plus) e con carni di prima qualità. I bambini hanno comunque uno sfizioso antipasto di bruschetta, salame e formaggio, maltagliati al sugo (semplici ma buoni!!) e cotoletta con patate al forno. Il tutto condito dal relax offerto dalla location (suggerita una passeggiata pre o post pranzo per l'uliveto), pulizia (bagni di discrete dimensioni e puliti) e soprattutto cortesia e professionalità di tutto lo staff (vince una menzione speciale la simpatia di Siria!). Well cooked first courses (special mention to an excellent mutton sauce with authentic flavors) and a second course of mixed roast consisting of sausage and mutton chops, also not abundant (we are always in the 25 € !!) but absolutely well cooked (the barbecue at view to taste the roast with the eyes and nose is a plus) and with top quality meats. The children still have a delicious appetizer of bruschetta, salami and cheese, maltagliati with sauce (simple but good !!) and cutlet with baked potatoes. All seasoned with the relaxation offered by the location (suggested a pre or post lunch walk through the olive grove), cleanliness (decent sized and clean bathrooms) and above all courtesy and professionalism of all the staff (Syria's sympathy wins a special mention! ).

Pienamente soddisfatto sicuramente ritornerò, molto carina la location, ho chiesto se riescono a soddisfare anche un celiaco mi hanno detto di si. ??? t	tania ornati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cibo buono , ma l’attesa è a due poco imbarazzante abbiamo aspettato e chiesto 6 volte una bottiglia di acqua e non è mai arrivata alla fine la cameriera anche stizzita c’è ne ha buttate sul tavolo 4 bottiglie insieme , e ci mancava solo che ci diceva affogatevi ora con l’acqua ? terribile peccato perché il cibo buono ma non ci torneremo più poi hanno servito dei tavoli arrivati dopo di noi pazienza ma a loro è arrivato il dolce a noi ops finito ! Vabbè una stella solo per il cibo . Menu fisso con antipasto, 2 primi e un secondo abbondante, dolci, caffe e digestivo. Tutto veramente ottimo, personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Sono veramente contento della scoperta e ci ritorneremo tante altre volte soprattutto per l'olio e per i biscotti fatti in casa! I prodotti sono molto buoni ed abbiamo mangiato bene, le porzioni sono almeno per noi sin troppo abbondanti, il pane che servono è fatto da loro così come l’olio che producono,ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Siamo stati molto fortunati nel trovare una bella giornata nonostante fosse febbraio ed abbiamo pranzato all’esterno, unico neo la vicinanza con la statale il cui rumore non permette di immergersi completamente nella natura. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Very nice farmhouse nestled in the Sabina campaign. The products are very good and we ate well, the portions are at least too abundant for us, the bread they serve is made by them as well as the oil they produce, excellent value for money. We were very lucky to find a beautiful day even though it was February and we had lunch outside, the only drawback being the proximity to the state road whose noise does not allow you to fully immerse yourself in nature. The staff is very nice and helpful.
