Tutta la squadra di Arredamenti Luzzi è stata designer e protagonista di questo nostro progetto. Sin dal primo momento sono stati eccellenti! Tutto è cominciato dalla Loro curiosità e voglia di ascoltare le nostre idee, di come potevamo immaginare i vari ambienti, dello stile che più ci apparteneva. Hanno speso tempo ed energie per guidarci nella scelta di ogni piccolo particolare: niente con loro viene lasciato al caso. Ogni loro progetto vanta unicità fuori dal comune. Hanno saputo consigliarci in maniera esemplare, mettendo sempre al centro quelle che erano le nostre necessità, riservando quella cura al cliente che ormai é merce rara nel commercio e proponendo soluzioni innovative e brand degni di nota e personalità. Ciò che con loro abbiamo creato è un arredo di qualità e funzionalità, luce, brio ed eleganza per la cucina, living e camera da letto. Un lavoro completo fino al montaggio dove Giorgio ha curato e controllato ogni minimo dettaglio con cura e tanta pazienza, lavorando in maniera ordinata e precisa. Ma grazie soprattutto a Davide, Patrizio e Riccardo, la riprova assoluta che quando il lavoro è figlio della passione diventa inevitabilmente un capolavoro! The whole team of Arredamenti Luzzi was the designer and protagonist of our project. From the first moment they were excellent! It all started with their curiosity and desire to listen to our ideas, how we could imagine the various environments, the style that most belonged to us. They spent time and energy to guide us in choosing every little detail: nothing is left to chance with them. Each of their projects boasts uniqueness out of the ordinary. They knew how to advise us in an exemplary way, always putting our needs at the center, reserving that customer care that is now a rare commodity in the trade and proposing innovative solutions and brands worthy of note and personality. What we have created with them is furniture of quality and functionality, light, liveliness and elegance for the kitchen, living room and bedroom. A complete job up to the assembly where Giorgio took care and checked every detail with care and a lot of patience, working in an orderly and precise manner. But thanks above all to Davide, Patrizio and Riccardo, the absolute proof that when work is the son of passion it inevitably becomes a masterpiece!
V	Veronica Santini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella perché è il minimo obbligatorio da mettere. (Sennò non ne avrei messe). Devo dire che all’inizio si sono dimostrati molto cordiali, disponibili, collaborativi con le nostre esigenze e ci hanno offerto un buon preventivo, con un buon prezzo. Il problema è sorto al momento del montaggio della cucina e dopo. Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo pagato anche 500€ in più per poter far venire un perfetto angolo squadro, ma quando la cucina è stata montata, la misura del top non era corretta e hanno dovuto TAGLIARE IL TOP IN QUARZO, nonostante avessero preso PRIMA (per il preventivo) le misure dei muri due volte. Il montaggio presenta quindi varie imperfezioni, con alcune parti che non combaciano e fuoriescono e sono visibili. Oltre a essere evidente il taglio del top eseguito al momento. Ci si aspetta altro dopo aver comprato una cucina NUOVA. Ovviamente siamo stati tolleranti, nel montaggio di un mobilio può capitare, l’importante però è intervenire e avere assistenza. Ma abbiamo parlato con il responsabile che, dopo aver provato a ribattere in un primo momento, alla fine ci ha rassicurati dicendo “appena mi libero, passo e vediamo come risolvere”, beh è sparito. La cucina è stata montata a fine marzo, siamo a metà luglio e ancora stiamo aspettando l’assistenza del responsabile. Dopo esserci sentiti presi in giro per la poca affidabilità e la poca precisione abbiamo deciso di rendere nota la nostra recensione. The kitchen was assembled at the end of March, we are in mid-July and we are still waiting for the assistance of the manager. After feeling cheated by the lack of reliability and the lack of precision, we decided to publish our review. It won't change much, but at least you can know our misadventure.

Riccardo ci ha consigliato e seguito nel progetto della cucina, con professionalità e cortesia, trovando soluzioni azzeccate e dandoci buoni suggerimenti. Molto disponibile e capace di consigliare per la buona riuscita del progetto. Dopo aver girato vari negozi a Roma qui abbiamo trovato ampia scelta, qualità e competenza. Anche i montatori bravi e gentili, il Signor Giorgio ha montato e controllato tutto con accuratezza e perizia. La cucina è venuta benissimo, torneremo in questo negozio! Consigliatissimo! G	Gianluca Camagna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, acquistata cucina a luglio con relativi elettrodomestici; all’atto del montaggio della stessa mi è stata installata una lavastoviglie (whirlpool al posto della electrolux) simile ma diversa da quella che avevo ordinato e pagato!!! Quella montata aveva un costo di circa 130€ inferiore!!! Purtroppo ho potuto accorgermene solo un paio di giorni dopo del fatto accaduto, altrimenti glie la avrei rimandata immediatamente indietro. Contatto il mobilificio e la spiegazione è stata: “ c’era quella disponibile, con l’altra bisognava aspettare, ma tanto sono uguali…”! A parte che non sono uguali e non hanno le stesse caratteristiche; ma rispetto del cliente praticamente è ZERO!!! Vuoi informarmi!!! Gli scrivo ulteriormente dicendogli di mandarmi la prova d’acquisto della lavastoviglie installata, soprattutto per un fatto di “garanzia” in caso la stessa dovesse avere problemi, visto che sula fattura di acquisto della cucina ho un modello/marca diverso…; ma a tutt’oggi non si è fatto vivo nessuno! Una vera e propria TRUFFA. Sconsiglio vivamente! Unica nota positiva, se così si può dire, l’installatore Giorgio molto professionale e competente. A parte la qualità dei mobili, che abbiamo potuto toccare con mano già da qualche mese, abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la professionalità, disponibilità e cortesia di tutto il personale. In particolare, Riccardo che ci ha seguito dalla progettazione all’installazione, il quale oltre che suggerirci soluzioni pratiche e funzionali (a volte anche contro il suo stesso interesse, non le più costose) è personalmente venuto in casa per un sopralluogo e ci ha supportato anche nel post-vendita per piccole esigenze che abbiamo presentato. Altrettante qualità le abbiamo riscontrate nei tecnici installatori che con tanta pazienza, dedizione e attenzione hanno completato il montaggio di tutti i mobili in tempi brevi e a regola d’arte. Assolutamente da consigliare a chiunque abbia il desiderio di acquistare mobili di fascia medio-alta con un’assistenza eccellente e a prezzi abbordabili!
