sembra per le solite epidemie di malaria del tempo e anche per un terribile terremoto all' inizi del 1900,
anche in questo caso nessun cartello informativo con notizie storiche ne'indicazioni stradali rimane la struttura del castello con parte delle mura e alcune case e cantine il tutto con approssimativo tentativo di recupero!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccolo borgo abbandonato nel 1901. Muri perimetrali di case e torre di un castello invasi dalla vegetazione. C'è stato, negli anni, un tentativo di recupero degli immobili diroccati mai andato in porto. Luogo particolare e facile da raggiungere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A chi piacciono le rovine, di certo sono da visitarle. Ormai resta ben poco del vecchio paesetto, ancora in piedi ma in parte il castello. P.s. si ci arriva attraverso una strada sterrata, non lo consiglio con le moto anche se io andando a 10 km l'ho raggiunto con la mia Amata Harley.
For those who like ruins, they are certainly worth visiting. Now very little remains of the old village, still standing but partly the castle. P.s. it can be reached through a dirt road, I do not recommend it with motorcycles even if I went 10 km to reach it with my beloved Harley.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per chi ama le vecchie rovine, Stazzano vecchia fa al caso vostro se vi trovate da quelle parti.. Purtroppo non sono ben tenute e non c'è nessuna descrizione o racconto del motivo per cui gli abitanti del paese abbiamo lasciato il posto( fortunatamente c'è google ed Internet per indagare )Innanzitutto per arrivare vi conviene lasciare la macchina fin dove c'è il sentiero asfaltato e proseguire a piedi, arrivati li però dovete sapere che vi troverete in una proprietà privata (anche se non c'è nessun cartello in cui viene indicato ciò) quindi se dovreste incontrare un signore, è lui il proprietario di tutto il complesso.
For those who love old ruins, Stazzano vecchia is for you if you are in those parts.
