A	Alberto Mariani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca professionalità dopo aver visionato in settimana un autocarro pesante mi ero accordato per una prova questa mattina 23/12 mentre mi recavo in concessionaria avvisavo il venditore di prepara il veicolo, dopo un po' lo stesso mi ha avvisato che il titolare aveva deciso ieri di non tenere aperto il settore vendite, peccato che io ere già fuori dal loro ingresso e gli mandavo una foto . Il venditore mi ricontattava per darmi la sua disponibilità il giorno 27/12 . Non ho parole, spero che questo sgradevole inconveniente mi avvantaggi sul trattamento economico che mi riserveranno per l'acquisto del veicolo. Vi farò sapere come è andata. Grazie e buona giornata a tutti Little professionalism after seeing a heavy truck during the week I had agreed for a test this morning 23/12 while I was going to the dealership I warned the seller to prepare the vehicle, after a while the same warned me that the owner had decided yesterday to do not keep the sales sector open, too bad I was already outside their entrance and I sent him a photo. The seller contacted me to give me his availability on 27/12. I have no words, I hope that this unpleasant inconvenience benefits me on the economic treatment that will reserve me for the purchase of the vehicle. I'll let you know how it went. Decanta le caratteristiche e fa la sua offerta. Non è a buon mercato ma lui insiste asserendo che COMPRESE nel prezzo ci sono una serie di polizze molto vantaggiose come furto e incendio per 5 anni ecc....sembra una buona offerta finché non scopro che tali polizze sono state AGGIUNTE al costo dell'importo finanziato per un totale di oltre 7 MILA IN PIÙ. Lo chiamo immediatamente ma si giustifica dicendo che "avrei dovuto immaginare che tale costo non poteva essere regalato dunque compreso".. in ogni caso durante il contratto lui non aveva MAI QUANTIFICATO la cifra che con sorpresa mi sono ritrovato in più. Insisto sulla sua totale scorrettezza e insisto di aver ben compreso (io ed i miei collaboratori presenti all'atto del contratto) che le sue parole confermavano che tali polizze erano COMPRESE NEL PREZZO STABILITO e sottoscritto. Tale totale SCORRETTEZZA me la conferma perché pur sapendo che ero perfettamente in tempo ad annullare il contratto NON MI PROPONE nemmeno che avrei potuto avvalermi della rinuncia nei termini legge. (Cosa che invece il mio solerte avvocato mi fa fare immediatamente facendomi scampare al tentato raggiro)... Mi auguro con questa mia recensione di far desistere dal rivolgersi a questa società anche solo un cliente all'anno... così che siano ripagati quanto meritano. ... WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE! The seller is willing to come to my office to stipulate the contract for the sale of a vehicle. It extols the features and makes its offer. It is not cheap but he insists that INCLUDED in the price there are a number of very advantageous policies such as theft and fire for 5 years etc ... it seems like a good offer until I discover that these policies have been ADDED to the cost of the amount financed for a total of over 7 THOUSAND MORE. I call him immediately but he justifies himself by saying that "I should have imagined that this cost could not be given as a gift, therefore included" .. in any case during the contract he had NEVER QUANTIFIED the amount that, surprisingly, I found myself more. I insist on his total incorrectness and I insist that I have well understood (me and my collaborators present at the time of the contract) that his words confirmed that these policies were INCLUDED IN THE PRICE ESTABLISHED and signed. This total INCORRECTNESS confirms it for me because even knowing that I was perfectly in time to cancel the contract, it DOESN'T PROPOSE that I could avail myself of the waiver within the terms of the law. (Which instead my diligent lawyer makes me do immediately, making me escape the attempted deception) ... I hope with this review of mine to desist from contacting this company even just one customer a year ... so that they are paid what they deserve. ...
