★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo visto sul loro sito un auto interessante e sono andato a visionarla,ho trovato il venditore Davide molto disponibile e mi ha dato molto fiducia.Senza ma è senza se mi ha dato in mano le chiavi e siamo andati a fare un test drive.Mi sono tolto i dubbi che avevo e ho acquistato un ottimo prodotto,Davide mi è venuto incontro su tutte le mie richieste,che dire spero sia solo un buon inizio con la Volvo.
I had seen an interesting car on their site and I went to see it, I found the seller Davide very helpful and gave me a lot of confidence. Without but without me he gave me the keys and we went to take a test drive. I took away the doubts I had and bought a great product, Davide met me on all my requests, which I hope is just a good start with the Volvo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E’ una decina di giorni che girovago tra concessionari alla ricerca di un’auto aziendale, con pochi Km, che soddisfi le mie esigenze. Sono stato in BMW, Jaguar e Mercedes ma , alla fine sono ritornato in Volvo, nella concessionaria Autopremier di Como. Avevo, infatti, acquistato 7 anni fa una XC 60, trovandomi molto bene. Salone pulito, ottima accoglienza con personale disponibile e gentile nello spiegare le vetture e lasciarti libero di vedere e controllare bene il tuo futuro acquisto.
La professionalità ed il customer care direi che rappresentano il punto di forza di questa Concessionaria, dove è palese che il personale ci mette il massimo per raggiungere gli obiettivi prefissati.
La differenza, all'interno di una concessionaria, in un reparto vendita, come sempre, la fa la persona. Con le persone giuste, seduti a un tavolino, si riesce sempre a trovare un accordo. Valutazione usato più che soddisfacente, chiarezza nell'esposizione e semplicità nell'approccio oltre a velocità nel disbrigo delle pratiche, costituiscono un valore aggiunto che permette al cliente di entrare con i classici dubbi dell'acquirente ma uscire, 40 minuti dopo, con la soluzione.
Ritirerò a breve la mia XC90 aziendale convinto dell’acquisto e dei soldi spesi.
Un ringraziamento a Davide Chicco per la trasparenza e la cortesia. Un venditore che probabilmente riuscirebbe a vendere cracker nella Death Valley, ma almeno l’ acquisto è convinto.
Oltre che per il marchio, è grazie a lui se rimango ancorato alla casa di Goteborg.

I have been wandering among dealers for ten days in search of a company car, with a few kilometers, that meets my needs. I have been in BMW, Jaguar and Mercedes but, in the end I returned to Volvo, in the Autopremier dealership in Como. I had, in fact, bought an XC 60 7 years ago and found myself very well. Clean salon, excellent welcome with helpful and kind staff in explaining the cars and leaving you free to see and check your future purchase.
I would say that professionalism and customer care represent the strong point of this Dealership, where it is clear that the staff put their utmost effort into achieving the set objectives.
The difference, within a dealership, in a sales department, as always, is the person. With the right people, sitting at a table, you can always find an agreement. Evaluation used more than satisfactory, clarity in the exposition and simplicity in the approach as well as speed in handling the paperwork, constitute an added value that allows the customer to enter with the classic doubts of the buyer but exit, 40 minutes later, with the solution .
I will soon collect my company XC90 convinced of the purchase and the money spent.
Thanks to Davide Chicco for transparency and courtesy. A seller who would probably be able to sell crackers in Death Valley, but at least the purchase is convinced.
In addition to the brand, it is thanks to him that I remain anchored to the house in Goteborg.

Servizi eccellenti nessun paragone con altre concessionarie . Enrico ha sempre risolto con professionalita'. Ho preso gia' due auto da loro, e sicuramente anche le proxime...( grazie al servizio officina).
In recent days I have had problems with workshops other brands of cars in the family. So I am convinced more and more that Autopremier4 are excellent in everything ... Excellent services no comparison with other dealerships. Enrico has always solved professionally. I have already taken two cars from them, and certainly also the next ones ... (thanks to the workshop service).
