To be avoided for private individuals. I wait 40 minutes and when my number arrives they skip it to serve installers. I bought what I needed on Amazon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scarsa attenzione al cliente, vengono privilegiati gli addetti al settore mentre i privati devono attendere. Personale scarso e non disponibile ad ascoltare i clienti. Personalmente ho acquistato un articolo che ci è stato dato in pessime condizioni e di cui abbiamo preteso il cambio immediato. Il commesso sembrava scocciato anche nel fornire informazioni sul prodotto e in ogni caso ci è stato detto che una volta preso in magazzino non era possibile cambiare idea. Ovviamente per il futuro lo eviterò.
Lack of attention to the customer, sector employees are privileged while private individuals have to wait. Poor staff and not available to listen to customers. Personally, I purchased an item that was given to us in very bad condition and of which we demanded immediate exchange. The clerk also seemed annoyed with giving information about the product and in any case we were told that once taken in stock it was not possible to change your mind. Obviously for the future I will avoid it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempio di attesa enormi nonostante 3 persone al banco e pochissimi clienti nel locale. 200 mt di tubo corrugato da 25 e 100 attacchi a collare fermatubo fanno un totale di € 151,00....
Huge waiting time despite 3 people at the counter and very few customers in the room. 200 meters of corrugated hose of 25 and 100 hose clamp connections make a total of € 151.00.
