Sin dalla prima posa ci siamo trovati benissimo: prodotti di alta qualità, puntualità (nonostante il Covid) nonché pulizia e precisione dei posatori. La cosa che più abbiamo apprezzato però è stata l'assistenza post vendita, sempre disponibile e rapida, così come gli interventi di manutenzione programmata inclusi nel prezzo. Addirittura dopo oltre un anno dalla posa abbiamo chiesto delle piccole migliorie sui sistemi che aggancio delle persiane che, sfruttando un intervento di manutenzione, ci sono stati gentilmente offerti inclusi nella posa originaria. Ho sostituito 10 persiane in totale tra porte finestre per un totale di 18.000 euro e sono quasi tutte traballanti quando dovrebbero essere sicure e blindate. Serramenti per taverna due finestrelle accettabili. Porta blindata del valore di 3.500 euro con guarnizione ridicola che si stacca e si piega e tutto ciò rende la porta un giocattolo. Praticamente solo il sottoscritto ha versato a questo negozio più di 20.000 euro per dei lavori scadenti e nonostante aver segnalato più volte i difetti gli operai non sono stati in grado di risolvere il problema anzi addirittura con l'ultimo intervento e pure peggiorato il tutto. Semplicemente da fare causa in tribunale per essere risarcito. Value for money NOT up to the product.
