★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sperate di non avere problemi con il tax free perché non sono a conoscenza delle procedure e inoltre vendono lampadine non compatibili con i loro prodotti. Un vero peccato, poco professionali e per nulla customer friendly.
Hope you have no problems with tax free because they are not aware of the procedures and also sell bulbs that are not compatible with their products. A pity, unprofessional and not at all customer friendly.

Prodotto piuttosto costoso, peccato che tutto di un tratto ha smesso di funzionare, aprendolo per verificare se si potesse fare qualcosa ho notato una pessima fattura, il tipico prodotto cinese da quattro soldi dove si cerca in tutti i modi di risparmiare per fare maggiore profitto. Credo che un negozio di questo genere dovrebbe porre maggiore attenzione ai prodotti che vende, specialmente se di un certo costo, ovviamente dopo due anni e fuori garanzia riparare un prodotto costato poco meno di 100 euro è poco conveniente. Mi dispiace ma con me hanno perso un cliente.
I write this review only now, just over two years ago I purchased a rechargeable bedside lamp. Rather expensive product, too bad that all of a sudden it stopped working, opening it to see if something could be done I noticed a bad bill, the typical Chinese cheap product where you try in every way to save to make more profit. I believe that a shop of this kind should pay more attention to the products it sells, especially if at a certain cost, obviously after two years and out of warranty, repairing a product costing just under 100 euros is not convenient. I'm sorry, but they lost a customer with me.
