Professionali, gentili, puntuali, disponibili, solari, onesti e attenti alle esigenze dei clienti. Li conosco da quando sono una bambina. Figlia di un cliente fidelizzato, quando a 19 anni ho comprato la mia opel non li ho più abbandonati. Penso di essere una delle poche persone che non ha mai smesso di portare la propria auto in concessionaria per qualsiasi tipo di intervento. Tagliandi, revisioni, ispezioni varie e addirittura cambio gomme. Praticamente una certezza. Massima fiducia. Un particolare ringraziamento a Paolo e Luca per la loro super disponibilità e professionalità indiscussa. Concludo dicendo... Nei secoli e nei secoli.. Professional, kind, punctual, helpful, cheerful, honest and attentive to customer needs. I've known them since I was a little girl. Daughter of a loyal customer, when I bought my Opel at 19, I never abandoned them. I think I'm one of the few people who has never stopped taking their car to the dealership for any kind of repair. Coupons, revisions, various inspections and even tire changes. Virtually a certainty. Maximum confidence. Il venditore è stato molto professionale ed in entrambe le occasioni ci siamo trovati molto molto bene. Ma purtroppo il servizio post vendita è stato assolutamente negativo (da 0 stelle) per entrambe le aurovetture. Sia a livello di officina che di disponibilità. Mi dispiace molto. Purtroppo sono certo che le prossime auto che prenderemo non saranno opel, o quantomeno non in questo concessionario. Sono molto deluso. I bought two new cars in 2018, one for me and the other for my wife. The seller was very professional and on both occasions we had a very, very good time. But unfortunately the after sales service was absolutely negative (from 0 stars) for both cars. Both at the workshop and availability level. I'm so sorry. Unfortunately I am sure that the next cars we will take will not be opel, or at least not in this dealership. I am very disappointed.

Cristian mi ha seguito dalla scelta alla consegna dell'auto in maniera impeccabile e anche post vendita ha saputo intervenire significativamente risolvendo un piccolo disguido. Ci tornerei ? Si, ci tornerò ! I found courtesy, competence and a value for money relationship that is incredible and that I never imagined.
