Non ho più trovato lo scontrino ma si poteva leggere il numero di serie del cuscino e allora ho contattato lo store che mi ha fatto aspettare. Dopo SEI mesi ecco la risposta: non possiamo fare niente
I bought a very expensive pillow in 2019. After less than a year everything inside cracked and ruined (it must have been a defect in the pillow). I could no longer find the receipt but the serial number of the pillow could be read and then I contacted the store which made me wait. After SIX months, here's the answer: we can't do anything
