m	marino valisi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho acquistato un telefonino 10 giorni fa e dopo 3 richieste per risolvere il problema ancora non sono riuscito ad avere risposte in merito ...se dovessi dare un giudizio è sicuramente negativo, anche perchè sono rimasto in attesa tutto sabato mattina di una telefonata che non è arrivata....grazie della risposta ma la Signorina aveva detto che avrebbe pensato tutto lei .....sicuramente se avessimo saputo di arrivare a questa conclusione non avremmo cambiato la sim...ciò non toglie che io ho dovuto fare tre telefonate e due imail per avere questa risposta ......vorrei chiarire che avete pure voi un po'di confusione nel dare delle spiegazioni. martedi mi è stato detto che il problema si è verificato perchè avete inserito dati errati e che avreste risolto il problema tempo massimo 2 giorni, venerdi il telefono avrebbe dovuto funzionare con il vecchio numero, la vostra ultima risposta è che devo ARRANGIARMI saluti marino valisi I purchased a mobile phone 10 days ago and after 3 requests to solve the problem I still have not been able to get answers on the matter ... if I had to give a judgment it is definitely negative, also because I was waiting all Saturday morning for a phone call that didn't has arrived .... thanks for the answer but the young lady had said that she would have thought everything ..... surely if we had known to arrive at this conclusion we would not have changed the sim ... this does not mean that I had to do three phone and two imails to get this answer ......
