★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo dire che l'addetto alle vendite è stato proprio bravo perché dal momento che volevo cambiare compagnia telefonica mi ha proposto soluzioni adatte a ciò che mi serviva. Ritengo che il contatto personale sia fondamentale tra cliente e chi deve vendere servizi. Nonostante la carenza di connessione della mia zona e nonostante pago un servizio che è ridotto rispetto allo standard, ho avuto un offerta di servizi che fa al caso mio quindi devo dire che c'è competenza e capacità di vendita dei servizi nel punto vendita sassolese.
I must say that the sales person was really good because since I wanted to change phone company he proposed solutions suitable for what I needed. I believe that personal contact is essential between the customer and the person who has to sell services. Despite the lack of connection in my area and despite paying for a service that is reduced compared to the standard, I had an offer of services that is right for me so I must say that there is competence and ability to sell services in the Sassolese point of sale.

Ero andata al negozio specificando bene la mia esigenza, far provare Tim vision qualche mese a mia mamma 83enne che aveva dovuto buttare il suo amato video recorder ormai rotto e introvabile. Ho specificato bene la mia esigenza. Poter provare e disdire eventualmente senza colpo ferire( essendo mia mamma pensionata). Premesso che sono laureata e non proprio sprovveduta so bene che quando si stipulano contratti, bisognerebbe leggere tutto il papiro prima di firmare, ma di solito
ci si fida del venditore Peccato che dopo un paio di mesi la mamma non e' riuscita ad utilizzarle il dispositivi , abbiamo cessato il contratto e ci ritroviamo a dover pagare 300 euro per un decoder. Ripeto pessimi venditori. Un bravo venditore deve saper ascoltare le esigenze del cliente e saperlo consigliare capendo cio' di cui ha bisogno, anche a costo di rinunciare ad un guadagno ,se non possiede la soluzione ideale. Oltretutto sono passata in negozio per farlo presente e con molta arroganza mi e' stato dato della bugiarda. Andate in altri centri Tim!! A Sassuolo ce ne sono altri!!
