a	alessandro costi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo una rovinosa caduta ho notato una macchia giallo-marrone sul mio smartphone Samsung j7 con pochi mesi di vita.Valutando che non sarebbe mai passato in garanzia mi rivolgo al suddetto negozio.La diagnosi è rottura dei cristalli liquidi dello schermo.Decido di fare la riparazione il sabato,il martedi consegno il telefono e il mercoledi alle 12_30 è già pronto!Sostituzione dello schermo con uno originale.riparazione fatta a aregola d'arte,cortesia e tempistica rispettata e soprattutto ho parlato direttamente con chi mi ha aperto il telefono.In assistenza dove ho effettuato l'acquisto avrei aspettato almeno un mese.Ho avuto l'impressione anche di una estrema professionalità ,e cosa che non guasta anche di molta gentilezza.Consigliatissimo!Certo non fare cadere il cell. è molto meglio! In assistance where I made the purchase I would have waited at least a month. I also had the impression of extreme professionalism, and which also does not hurt a lot of kindness. Recommended! Me lo riconsegnano con lo schermo sostituito, ma con Face ID e modalità ritratto della fotocamera interna non più funzionanti. Me ne accorgo da sola uscendo, perché davanti a me sono molto sbrigativi, non mi fanno testare tutte le funzionalità del telefono. Torno indietro e faccio presente i due problemi, ma si giustificano dicendo che fosse stata la caduta a causarli. Insisto dicendo che il telefono ha sempre funzionato correttamente fino a quel momento, ma ribattono dicendo di non essere responsabili. Anzi, si lamentano di averci lavorato 2 ore sul mio schermo. Scontenta al massimo. Sono arrivata con un problema e me ne vado con altri due. Ci ho lasciato anche una bella cifra. Davvero dispiaciuta. To avoid. Poi su consiglio di un amico mi sono rivolto a loro e in 2 ore mi hanno sistemato tutto alla perfezione. Fantastici, veloci preparati e risolutivi. M	Mammolo - ladymisteria - cucciolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oltre ad avermi lasciato in attesa di uno schermo per cellulare nuovo per la bellezza di un mese, avermi fatto pagare il pezzo ordinato e avermi successivamente "rispedito a casa" con lo schermo ancora rotto perchè si sono accorti che il pezzo ordinato non era compatibile, dopo UN INTERO POMERIGGIO in loro possesso (per la sostituzione mai avvenuta) il mio telefono è uscito dal negozio completamente incapace di riprudurre ogni tipo di suono: dalla suoneria, alle notifiche varie... Peccato non si possa dare meno di 1 stella, perché come minimo meriterebbero -1000!!!!
