Ho avuto la necessità di comprare PC per me ed i miei figli ,i commessi si sono mostrati pazienti nello spiegarmi le varie funzioni del prodotto.
Le riparazioni sono veloci ,buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
Ho acquistato anche una stampante rimanendo molto contenta, il negozio é sempre ben rifornito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato micro pc ricondizionato consegnato senza antenna wi-fi, riportato dopo pochi giorni per mancanza totale di riconoscimento di reti wireless e bluetooth, per tentare una riparazione, dopo 2 settimane mi vogliono vendere una chiavetta usb per collegarmi alla rete, al che rispondo di voler esercitare il mio diritto di recesso sancito dalla legge, vengo additato come rapinatore di fronte ad un altro cliente presente in negozio e mi viene detto che il diritto di recesso non si può far valere in un negozio fisico, dopo aver smentito l'affermazione mi propongono l'acquisto "scontato" della chiavetta wireless, andato a vuoto anche questo tentativo, il commesso di Trapani (non conosco il nome) mi vuole convincere che se nella scheda esposta non c"era specificato che aveva la connessione wi-fi allora non era inclusa, mi è bastato guardare la scheda di un Laptop vicino a me e chiedere se anche quello non avesse la scheda wifi, è bastato quello per smentirlo ancora una volta. Alla fine ha tirato fuori una carta di credito (non so se personale o aziendale) e mi "ha pagato" (parole sue) un hub usb 2.0. Non sono rimasto tanto contento di questa vicenda e invito il capo del negozio a rileggersi quando si può far valere il diritto di recesso insegnandolo ai suoi dipendenti con un corso ed un questionario dedicato alla migliore gestione della clientela nel rispetto della legge. Questo periodo di pandemia ci ha messo a dura prova tutti quanti e tutti quanti sbagliamo, mi auguro che il ricordo di tutto questo gli sarà di insegnamento per molto tempo.

I was not so happy with this story and I invite the shop manager to re-read when the right of withdrawal can be asserted by teaching it to his employees with a course and a questionnaire dedicated to the best management of customers in compliance with the law. This pandemic period has put a strain on us all and we all make mistakes, I hope that the memory of all this will teach him for a long time.
