Mi è stato detto che può capitare e comunque i vetri loro li assembrano e basta. Abbiamo speso oltre 5000 euro e non sono per niente soddisfatto. Assistenza clienti pressoché inesistente. After 8 years of installing double glazed windows I find the glass all stained inside and there is no way to clean them. I was told that it can happen and in any case they just put the glass together. We have spent over 5000 euros and I am not satisfied at all. Almost non-existent customer support.

Nell'ultimo mese abbiamo cambiato le finestre, dopo 25 anni (acquistate sempre da loro) e anche con dispiacere perchè di rovinato non c'era proprio nulla, ma con gli incentivi statali abbiamo potuto mettere dei prodotti con materiale innovativo.
