Ordine con acconto a fine novembre 2020, richiesta di saldo infissi avvenuta a Gennaio 2021. Ad oggi dopo 3 appuntamenti a cui non si sono presentati, solleciti, messe in mora dal legale hanno consegnato senza installare solo una parte del materiale. Non risponde più nessuno, i loro fornitori della scala aerea ci hanno chiamato perché non sono stati pagati. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!! We are on the verge of scam .. Dal loro geometra Massimiliano Fumai, al legale rappresentante Claudio Scolari alla segretaria Vittoria, la parola di ognuno di loro vale meno di niente. Non fidatevi, non versategli mai alcun anticipo (versato a dicembre 2020! siamo a metà luglio). In una recensione si scrive di "al limite della truffa", in realtà purtroppo per i tanti che ci siamo cascati si tratta proprio di truffa e appropriazione indebita. Restituite i soldi! One piece of advice: stay away. Think the worst, they will get over it, a real nightmare. From their surveyor Massimiliano Fumai, to the legal representative Claudio Scolari to the secretary Vittoria, the word of each of them is worth less than nothing. Don't trust him, never pay him any advance (paid in December 2020! We are in mid-July). In a review it is written about "on the verge of scam", in reality unfortunately for the many who have fallen for it it is just about scam and embezzlement. Return the money!

All'inizio tutti cordiali e disponibili, dopo il primo acconto sono spariti, inutili le mille chiamare sia al geometra Fumai sia al Signor Scolari. Si sono sempre rimbalzati la palla a vicenda fino ad arrivare a non rispondere più alle chiamate se non fatte con numeri di telefono che loro non conoscevano . Stipulato contratto a settembre , tempi di consegna 30/40 giorni, installazione degli infissi invece avvenua a dicembre e poi per il resto del materiale completamente spariti! Dopo 3 solleciti da parte del mio legale a cui non si sono mai presi la briga di rispondere, abbiamo chiuso il contratto e ci siamo affidati ad un altra ditta . Mai più con queste persone!!! Non fatevi fregare Absolutely a company you never have to deal with !!!
