Mi riferisco in particolare al venditore presso lo show room di Varese :un estenuante inseguimento che va avanti da Agosto fra mail e chiamate per la sola sostituzione di un vetro fisso di un serramento. Comprensibile la priorità delle commesse più grosse ma non si possono abbandonare nemmeno le richieste "minori". Soggetto davvero poco professionale. Mi rivolgerò ad altri.
 No problem with the doors and windows of which they are resellers but bad after-sales service. I am referring in particular to the seller at the Varese showroom: an exhausting chase that has been going on since August between emails and calls for the sole replacement of a fixed glass of a window. The priority of the larger orders is understandable, but even the "minor" requests cannot be abandoned. Really unprofessional subject. I will turn to others.
