Contattati per un sopralluogo a seguito di un problema alla porta del nostro box doccia, costruito e montato da altra vetreria, gli operai della vetreria si sono presentati e hanno realizzato un rattoppo senza comunicarci prima l’entità economica del problema, come invece concordato, e senza eliminare la causa del guasto, una vite spanata. Purtroppo in quel momento in casa era presente un altro famigliare, quindi non abbiamo potuto bloccarli o discutere dell’intervento, eravamo però certi che al sopralluogo sarebbe seguito un preventivo prima di qualsivoglia operazione. Emessa una fattura di 145€ per 40’ di intervento non risolutivo e già non più funzionante dopo 1 mese circa, abbiamo protestato con l’impiegata della ditta che però non ha minimamente cercato di trovare un accomodamento (nuova uscita degli operai?), ma ci ha anzi trattati con arroganza e strafottenza, dandoci sostanzialmente dei babbei: “se non chiedete voi prima il costo di un lavoro, non è un problema mio”. Molto male, mai più. Recently my family had a very negative experience with this historic glass factory in Varese. Unfortunately at that moment another family member was present at home, so we could not block them or discuss the intervention, but we were certain that the inspection would be followed by an estimate before any operation. Issued a € 145 bill for 40 'intervention not conclusive, and already no longer functioning after 1 month or so, we complaining employee of the company but does not in any way trying to find a settlement (new workers out?), But on the contrary, he treated us with arrogance and arrogance, basically giving us suckers: "if you don't ask for the cost of a job, it's not my problem". Very bad, never again.
