Inviaii le foto del danno a fine novembre e nonostante i ripetuti solleciti ad oggi 26 Febbraio. nessun intervento.mi e stato proposto un intervento oneroso per la sistemazione!! come se montare dei serramenti ed avere delle infiltrazioni d'acqua fosse un avvenimento normale. evidentemente per la loro politica aziendale si, per voi?sono passati 4 mesi!!!! dopo che li avete montati siete in balia degli eventi,lo showroom è a 100 mt da casa mia,ma la ditta e gli operai sono lontani, e pensare che non ho acquistato serramenti costruiti in Polonia e commercializzati In italia a prezzi molto più vantaggiosi per avere assistenza e sostenere il made in italy!!! I sent the photos of the damage at the end of November and despite repeated reminders to date February 26th. no intervention. I was offered a burdensome intervention for the accommodation !! as if mounting frames and having water infiltrations were a normal occurrence. evidently for their company policy, for you, it's been 4 months !!!! after you have mounted them you are at the mercy of events, the showroom is 100 meters from my house, but the company and the workers are far away, and think that I did not buy windows made in Poland and marketed in Italy at prices much more advantageous for have assistance and support the made in Italy !!!

Ho scelto il serramento Dry design di Giuseppe Bavuso, un tutto vetro dal design elegante e minimale, proprio come lo cercavo e che avesse un sistema di apertura e di chiusura semplice e lineare. Il design unico di queste finestre ha permesso che diventassero un vero elemento d'arredo che integrato nel contesto ha contribuito a completare l'ambiente in sintonia con tutto il resto. Ottime le finiture, l'isolamento acustico e termico. Ringrazio l'azienda per la competenza che mi hanno mostrato consigliandomi nel migliore dei modi, per l'assistenza avuta nel pre e post vendita, una cosa che non è poi così scontata. I chose Giuseppe Bavuso's Dry design window, an all glass with an elegant and minimal design, just as I was looking for and which had a simple and linear opening and closing system. The unique design of these windows allowed them to become a real piece of furniture that integrated into the context helped to complete the environment in harmony with everything else. Excellent finishes, acoustic and thermal insulation. I thank the company for the competence they showed me by advising me in the best way, for the assistance received in the pre and post sales, something that is not so obvious. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
