★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho un contratto di manutenzione da tanti anni. La mia caldaia ha avuto un problema, il primo, e mi han risposto che avrei dovuto pagare per l'intervento, manodopera e i pezzi di ricambio. Ma allora cosa serve il contratto di manutenzione??? Praticamente serve per quella volta l'anno che vengono, tolgono un po'di eventuale polvere esterna, mi chiedono se funziona e se ne vanno.
I have had a maintenance contract for many years. My boiler had a problem, the first one, and they told me that I would have to pay for the intervention, labor and spare parts. So what is the maintenance contract for ??? Basically it is used for that time of the year they come, they remove some external dust, they ask me if it works and they leave.

Ho accettato ed il giorno dopo hanno montato tutto a regola d'arte con tutta la documentazione di legge. Tecnici giovani, preparati, gentili e puliti.
Consiglio di chiamarli per qualsiasi problema inerente ad apparecchi a gas.
They made me the inspection and the estimate for the replacement of the free boiler.
I accepted and the next day they assembled everything in a workmanlike manner with all the legal documents. Young, trained, kind and clean technicians.
I recommend calling them for any problem related to gas appliances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maleducati ed arroganti. Definirli con questi due aggettivi è anche poco. Poca professionalità e comprensione verso problemi che possono presentarsi. Contattati una prima volta per un problema allo scaldabagno: dopo aver riparato (secondo loro, ma non vero) il problema e fatto la manutenzione, a distanza del giorno successivo mi sono ripresentato per segnalare lo stesso accaduto. Risultato: hanno preteso di pagarsi l'intervento di nuovo senza risolvere il problema e consigliarmi direttamente il cambio scaldabagno (da premettere che il giorno precedente aveva effettuato la "manutenzione").
Scandalosi tutti: dal tecnico al signore che rispose alla chiamata per ricordargli di nuovo l'intervento del tecnico.

Contacted for the first time for a problem with the water heater: after having repaired (according to them, but not true) the problem and done the maintenance, after the next day I came back to report the same happened. Result: they demanded to pay for the intervention again without solving the problem and advise me directly to change the water heater (to say that the previous day had carried out the "maintenance").
Everyone was scandalous: from the technician to the gentleman who answered the call to remind him of the technician's intervention again.
