★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fine maggio ho installato una caldaia acqua sanitaria che ha subito dimostrato di non funzionare correttamente facendo dei rumori particolarmente fastidiosi tali per cui durante la notte bisogna spegnerla. Dopo tre interventi da parte dei tecnici preposti il 26 giugno mi si diceva che era stata richiesta la sostituzione in garanzia dell'apparecchiatura. Oggi 31 agosto ciò non è ancora stato fatto in quanto ad un mio ennesimo sollecito telefonico aprendo che solo oggi si apprestano a fare la richiesta della sostituzione a Milano.
Non capisco come un'azienda come voi dia in appalto i lavori a centri così poco professionali
 At the end of May I installed a domestic hot water boiler which immediately proved not to work properly, making particularly annoying noises such that during the night it must be turned off. After three interventions by the technicians in charge on June 26th I was told that the replacement of the equipment under warranty had been requested. Today, August 31st this has not yet been done because of my umpteenth telephone reminder opening that only today they are preparing to make the request for replacement in Milan.
I don't understand how a company like you outsources jobs to such unprofessional centers
