★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo comprato tramite un rivenditore di Roma una loro Barriera D'Aria la quale è giunta in negozio difettata, infatti nonostante sia l'imballaggio che la macchina stessa non presentavano alcun segno d'urto (alleghiamo foto, il nostro tecnico ha trovato all'interno di essa una ventola rotta. A nostra lamentela, sia il rivenditore che Tecnogas non ci hanno fatto valere la garanzia dopo solo 9 gg. dall'acquisto compresi sabato e domenica. Non consigliamo quindi di effettuare acquisti da chi non ti garantisce un corretto funzionamento.
 We bought one of their Air Barriers through a dealer in Rome which arrived in the shop defective, in fact, despite the fact that both the packaging and the machine itself did not show any signs of shock (we attach photos, our technician found inside a broken fan of it. To our complaint, both the dealer and Tecnogas did not claim the guarantee after only 9 days from the purchase including Saturday and Sunday. We therefore do not recommend making purchases from those who do not guarantee correct operation.
