L’esposizione di bici è al piano superiore, nessuno che ci abbia seguiti, nessuno dopo 10 minuti è salito per assisterci. I prezzi su gran parte delle biciclette non sono esposti. Quindi: nessuno che ti aiuta nella scelta, nessuno addetto alla vendita, nessun prezzo. Come dovrei comprare una bici da voi? Vergognatevi Bad. We just went looking for a women's bicycle. At the entrance, the two gentlemen, with lowered masks, did not even deign to a good morning. The bike exhibition is upstairs, no one has followed us, no one has come up after 10 minutes to assist us. Prices on most bicycles are not displayed. S	Serena Ceccarello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non ci sono 0 stelle, sono entrato al piano terra (officina) il tizio fa finta di non vederti, neanche saluta, chiedo di andare al primo piano, tutto scocciato risponde,...si si. Il commesso alle vendite esordisce con "siamo in chiusura" erano le 18,35, chiudono alle 19,00. Avevo promesso la bici mio figlio per la bella pagella, e sono rimasto, ma dovevo andare via......scortesia e mancanza di professionalità. Evviva Amzon, chi non merita chiuda bottega. Spero di non leggere quelle vergognose risposte di protocollo.... per piacere. Grazie della risposta, meglio ancora di come me l'aspettavo, perfettamente in linea con le osservazioni sollevate nella mia recensione. Un plauso al titolare per l ottima selezione dei suoi collaboratori, se riparate bici come trattate i clienti, presto non avrete tante bici da "sistemare". Per sua informazione Amazon sta cercando di organizzare anche un servizio post vendita, che prevede appunto anche riparazioni.....buona giornata. Sicuramente il primo negozio che visito quando c'è una nuova bicicletta da comprare. Ampio parcheggio a disposizione. It is already the second bike I buy in this shop. There is a huge amount of frames available and courteous staff. Definitely the first shop I visit when there is a new bicycle to buy. Ample parking available.
A	Andrea Cava on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beh che dire, dopo 5 minuti che ho acquistato una bicicletta da loro chiedo aiuto per caricarla in auto perché non ci riuscivo e vengo insultato da quello che presumo sia il proprietario che mi bestemmia contro porchi e madonne. Che dire scena a dir poco vergognosa. L unico rammarico è aver lasciato i miei soldi a una persona del genere quando potevo portarli da qualcuno che probabilmente li meritava di più. Una sola cosa mi resta da dire VERGOGNA!!! Aggiornamento In risposta al proprietario dico che il negozio e quello sopra il non solo sport. La persona è la stessa che mi ha venduto la bici(la persona più anziana).lui era fuori a parlare al telefono, io stavo aspettando che finisse per chiedere aiuto e quando ha messo giù ha iniziato a inveire e a bestemmiarmi in faccia quando ho chiesto aiuto. Ripeto vergogna delle scuse sarebbero quanto meno doverose. Well what to say, after 5 minutes that I bought a bicycle from them I ask for help to load it in the car because I could not and I am insulted by what I assume is the owner who swears at me against pigs and madonnas. What about a shameful scene. The only regret is having left my money to such a person when I could take it to someone who probably deserved it more. Only one thing remains for me to say SHAME !!! Update In response to the owner I say that the shop is the one above not only sports. The person is the same who sold me the bike (the older person) he was outside talking on the phone, I was waiting for him to finish asking for help and when he put down he started yelling and cursing me in the face when I asked Help. Un cliente non lo è solo se acquista (ben 5 bici acquistate! ) ma anche se ha un problema da risolvere, anche se è un rompiscatole.. C'è modo e Modo di rispondere Products nothing to complain, lack of availability and rudeness to be reported. A customer is not a customer only if he buys (no less than 5 bikes bought!) Personale non preparato che propone taglie xs al pari di L e XL spiegando che l'unica differenza sta nella dimensione del tubo reggisella e che il resto è di dimensioni identiche. Molto deluso dall'inesperienza di chi vende, la taglia di una bicicletta è il dato più importante per una corretta postura di guida, sconsigliato a chiunque voglia godersi una buona esperienza in bicicletta. Bad experience, lots of bikes to choose from but none had a price tag and specs. Unprepared staff proposing sizes xs like L and XL explaining that the only difference is in the size of the seat post and that the rest are identical in size. Very disappointed by the inexperience of those who sell, the size of a bicycle is the most important data for a correct riding posture, not recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy a good cycling experience.
