In corrispondenza delle giunte si imbarca, dopo mille discussioni e due mesi attività ferma inviato nuovo materiale in sostituzione.
Imputano la colpa all'umidita del fondo, MA E' PLASTICA!!
Stesa barriera vapore, il nuovo materiale arrivato in sostituziuone è imbarcato, deforme (vedi foto).
Nonostante l'ennesimo reclamo e non avendo argomenti la risposta è stata "il locale non era idoneo per posare la tipologia di prodotto Riflessi"
Ufficio tecnico INESISTENTE.
IMPORTANO PRODOTTO CINESE RIMARCHIANDOLO.
ESPERIENZA PESSIMA, scrivo per evitare che altri incappino in una situazione terribile come quella da me vissuta.

In correspondence with the councils, after a thousand discussions and two months of firm activity, new material is sent to replace it.
They blame the moisture in the bottom, BUT IT'S PLASTIC !!
Stretched vapor barrier, the new material arrived in replacement is embarked, deformed (see photo).
Despite yet another complaint and having no arguments, the answer was "the room was not suitable for installing the Riflessi product type"
NON-EXISTING technical office.
IMPORT CHINESE PRODUCT BY REMARKING IT.
