Non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore di quella di affidarci alla famiglia Dettoni. Andrea è stato gentilissimo, ci ha saputo consigliare e ha assecondato ogni nostra richiesta sulle modifiche del divano. Siamo rimasti cosi contenti che ci siamo rivolti a lui anche per i tappeti della casa! TOP!!!
 We needed a sofa with special measures, which could be adapted to the spaces of our apartment. We could not have made a better choice than to rely on the Dettoni family. Andrea was very kind, he was able to advise us and he went along with our every request regarding sofa changes. We were so happy that we also turned to him for the rugs in the house! TOP!!!

We turned to Dettoni thanks to the advice of acquaintances. Our idea was that of an upholstered bed in capitonné leather. Andrea was very kind to host us in his shop and, with his experience, he managed to meet our every need by designing our ideal bed perfectly! Realization and delivery were very fast and we are really happy with the result! Excellent professional and consultant, excellent craftsman!

Fa davvero piacere scoprire realtà italiane così valide vicino a noi! Dovevo realizzare una tenda molto particolare su un finestrone gigante mansardato, una soluzione complicata da rivestire. Andrea, il proprietario in 10 minuti mi ha studiato una soluzione bella, pratica e di altissima qualità! Grazie e alla prossima ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta a loro per delle nuove tende interne per il soggiorno, la cucina e la camera da letto. Si percepisce subito l'esperienza pluriennale e la professionalità richiesta. Andrea ha saputo consigliarci al meglio secondo le nostre esigenze sia il modello di tenda che il tessuto ed il colore corretto tra le centinaia possibili. Grande varietà di scelta anche per gli accessori tutti visibili in negozio. Consiglio vivamente anche per chi come me non aveva idea di cosa fare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scarsa professionalità e cura per il cliente. Ho ordinato una tenda e dopo il montaggio ho dovuto ricorrere all'elettricista pagandolo separatamente per il collegamento del motore. L'avessi saputo prima sarei andato da un'altro rivenditore. Avevo problemi col mio computer e debole connessione per la compilazione della pratica online ecobonus enea, e mi è stato stato risposto che per cifre "piccole" non si sentivano tenuti a farlo. Benissimo, avevo altre tende da installare e due amici che devono installare anch'essi delle tende da sole. Ho sconsigliato loro questa impresa. Così imparano che cosa sia professionalità e cura verso il cliente. Poi si lamentano che falliscono. E non sono l'unico a lamentarsi di Dettoni. Rivolgetevi altrove.
Poor professionalism and customer care. I ordered a curtain and after assembly I had to go to the electrician, paying for the motor connection separately. Had I known this earlier I would have gone to another dealer. I had problems with my computer and a weak connection to fill in the ecobonus enea online application, and I was told that for "small" figures they didn't feel obliged to do so. Very well, I had other tents to install and two friends who also have to install awnings. I advised them against this undertaking. In this way they learn what professionalism and customer care are. Then they complain that they fail. And I'm not the only one complaining about Dettoni. Look elsewhere.
