A	Amministrazione Venetohomesrl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ risposta della azianeda minozzi a importexport venetohome e tutta finta, perchè, 1. prima di fare i lavori avevano fato sopraluogo e visionato anche impianto, quindi e compito del istallatore fa funzionare il tutto sia acqua calda che il riscaldamento (dato che avevano fatto i lavori ne perio estivo non abbiamo fato ulteriori prova per impianto riscaldamento) e quindi scrivendo che noi non abbiamo pagato elettricista ma voi!!!!! e veramente da ridere se si fornisce un impianto si fornisce finito e non a metà......il prezzo che ci aveva fatto comprende di istallazione, collaudo, messa in funzione di tutto impianto ecc...quindi a questo punto mi viene il dubbio voi i impianti lo fate non completa anche ai altri..... 2. Abbiamo fato varie chiamate ed messaggi (abbiamo ancora le prove) ci rispondevate che passavate ogni volta MA MAI PASSATO...... quindi mi chiedo coma facevate a dire nel commento che siete passati e poi non ci avete fato pagare niente.......poi la storia del elettrovalvola.... 3. ultimo commento non cadete in queste piccolezze....scritto da voi. p.s ho dovuto far intervenire il mio elettricista per risolvermi questo problema....ALTRO CHE ELETTROVALVOLA..... Spero che sia utile per un futuro ai altri....state attenti!!! soprattutto alle piccolezze.... response of azianeda minozzi to importexport venetohome is all fake, because, 1. before doing the work they had inspected the site and also inspected the system, so it is the installer's job to make everything work both hot water and heating (since they had done the work in the summer period we did not make further tests for the heating system) and then writing that we have not paid electrician but you !!!!! and really funny if you provide a system, it is supplied finished and not halfway ...... the price that he had made includes installation, testing, commissioning of the entire system etc ... so at this point I am the doubt you the systems do not complete also to the others ..... 2. We made several calls and messages (we still have evidence) you answered that you passed every time BUT NEVER PAST ...... so I wonder how you did to say in the comment that you passed and then you didn't make us pay anything ....... then the story of the solenoid valve .... 3. last comment do not fall into these little things .... written by you. p.s I had to have my electrician intervene to solve this problem .... OTHER THAN SOLENOID VALVE ..... I hope it will be useful for a future to others .... be careful !!! especially to the little things ....

Mi hanno cambiato la caldaia e termostato nel luglio del 2020, ci è vloluto 2 giorni per finire il lavoro: primo giorno hanno cambiato solo la caldaia, in quanto hanno avuto problemi a montare il termostato, sono tornati il secondo giorno con un altro personale per finire tutto. ci siamo accorti coi primi freddi che il termostato è stato montato male: i termosifoni non si spengono dal termostato ma solo dalla caldaia, non si riesce ad impostare la temperatura a seconda della fasca d'orario. Inviato msg su whatsapp rispettivamente il 19/10/2020, il 16/11/2020 e il 26/11/2020, senza ottenere risposte. Chiamato diverse volte, risposto solo 2, il 20/10/2020 e 26/11/2020, al telefono dicevano che sarebbero presentati, ma non si sono MAI fatti vedere! Condivido la mia esperienza con tutti, vi consiglio di assolutamente evitare questa ditta!!!!! Bad after sale service! Avoid !!! They changed my boiler and thermostat in July 2020, it took 2 days to finish the job: first day they only changed the boiler, as they had problems fitting the thermostat, they returned the second day with another staff to finish it all. we realized with the first cold that the thermostat was mounted incorrectly: the radiators do not switch off from the thermostat but only from the boiler, it is not possible to set the temperature according to the time slot. Sent msg on whatsapp respectively on 19/10/2020, 16/11/2020 and 26/11/2020, without getting answers. Called several times, only answered 2, on 20/10/2020 and 26/11/2020, on the phone they said they would show up, but they NEVER showed up! I share my experience with everyone, I advise you to absolutely avoid this company !!!!!

Lavoro fatto in maniera impeccabile nonostante problematiche sorte durante l'installazione della caldaia. Tutto risolto in maniera esperta dall'operatore. Titolare gentile e disponibile.
